Fireplaces Plus

01/09/2024: Today was the final installation of our Electric Fireplace. This product has a heater option and a remote control. We are satisfied with the product, service, price and would do business again with Fireplace Plus.

Love this place. Beautiful display of fireplaces. Steve was my rep and he was awesome. Never had a wood burning fireplace so he took the time to educate us and to help us pick the right one. He was very patient and installed a perfect product, at a very reasonable price. I have a new construction so when the home is complete they come back and install your doors and make sure all is properly working. No surprises. On time , neat, and very respectful. I highly recommend fireplace plus to all. A great experience here.

The store is beautiful. They offer lots of displays to help you design your perfect fireplace. Beth was amazing. She helped us understand the different options between inserts and wood stoves and the different specifications for each model. Their products are beautiful and well made. The pricing is reasonable and straightforward. I highly recommend seeing the products in person because a lot of the products online looked cheap and were given bad reviews.

An appointment was over a week out to have a Fireplace Plus tech come out to my house. So Pete helped me over the phone to get my gas fireplace up and running after the pilot blew out. Great advice... I wrote down his elaborate step-by-step instructions in case it happens again. Thanks Pete !

Beautiful store. Huge selection of fireplaces and accessories. Courteous and knowledgeable people. Just had mine completed...BEAUTIFUL! A piece of advice: ask them for suggestions. They are true artisans and craftsman. We've searched all over and most places are only sales people and have no sense of design for what is right for your home and taste.

Parts came in on time, the folks working are the friendliest. Purchased this wood burning stove 5 years ago and we love it......

Little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. All quality stuff and great people to work with.

SO happy with our new fireplace insert. Your sales guys were very helpful. Gary our installer was excellent. He even offered to repaint the interior brick and refreshed our old doors by painting the brass trim. Immense upgrade. Top notch service & pleasant!

Just had my fireplace fixed and serviced. I had to wait for 2 months, but it’s to be expected with labor shortage, part shortages etc… shame on anyone who doesn’t get that at this point! Great experience, job was done quick and he had the part with him. Even cleaned up after himself. Thank you.

From the moment I stepped into the store, I knew I was in the right place, so clean and professional looking...Dylan was amazing he came right over to help me with all my questions and after 30-40 minutes of looking at fireplaces and going over my questions,he said why don't you bring your wife in so I can go over any questions she has also.He is so patient and he appreciated what an important decision it is for us.He helped us so much, it was such a pleasure speaking with him and he really made a difference in our decision to go with Fireplaces Plus..we are really looking forward to our Jotul GI635 DV insert installation!!

It's not everyday, if ever, a company will give you free advise over the phone!
I spoke to Marc about an issue with my gas fireplace. Although it's old, and not one they sell, he reviewed and researched the photos I sent. The company is long out of business, and no replacement parts are available.
He listened to the problems I was having, and spent over a half hour on the phone with me explaining the most likely issue, and the corrective actions to take, In detail!

Well....... I followed his FREE advise, and it WORKED!
My fireplace is up and running!
He could have come out and charged me for something simple, I would have never known.
If I ever need to replace this fireplace, I will go with Marc!
Honesty and integrity in business these days is hard to find!

I strongly recommend Fireplaces Plus for gas fireplace repair. They just left here...The $200 visit included a cleaning, applying a coat of paint, examining all parts including the remote we had recently replaced ourselves and installation of the part another group wanted 800 for. Fireplaces Plus had the part on the truck because it is a common issue in the salt air. He charged $124 for the part which was the pilot assembly. I had had another recommended company out first. Paid $150 to be told fireplace is dangerous after 5 minutes in the house-he wanted me to buy a non vented unit. The $150 was to be applied to that or to go towards parts for repairs. But wouldn’t you know, after the check cleared the bank, he couldn’t get the parts for the antiquated (7 year old) unit...he did me the great favor of finding another company who had the part for $800. I could call them. And I should be thankful that $150 bought me safety (he had shut off the gas valve). Do yourself a favor- spend the extra $50 and call Fireplaces Plus.

I went to Fireplaces plus, a 40 minute one-way trip from home, because my gas burner fireplace wasn't working properly & my local fireplace retailer was somewhat less than helpful & I'm glad that I did.
Marc gave my a comprehensive explanation re: gas burner operation and he showed me how to test it and identify the culprit.
I am now a customer for life.

I've been a customer for 20 years now. I've purchased 2 wood burning stoves and a fireplace insert last year. Two different Stainless Steel chimneys and a Stainless Steel liner. The customer service is always a pleasure, the products are the best money can buy, the lever of professionalism is beyond my expectations every time I walk in. I highly recommend them.

Had my gas fireplace serviced this morning by Keith, he was so pleasant & helpful. He discussed with me exactly what he was going to do, he was very professional. My fireplace looks great, I will definitely use Fireplaces Plus to replace my insert when I can.

First time inside their showroom. It was beautifully designed. Beth helped me with my issues. I found her to be very knowledgeable and friendly.
