Highly recommend the store dealt with sales person Lisa, who was so helpful non-pressuring went through all possible options (from colors to fabrics and all different ) for the furniture that I purchased.

The Delivery team was excellent spend time showing me how to operate everything and was not in. in a hurry to leave. They were very courteous and friendly I made the whole process much easier

Got a new couch this time & last time a bedroom set. Both times they were very helpful & friendly. Definitely recommend Value City of New Jersey for all your furniture needs.

I highly recommend the Value City in Manahawkin. Mariah was the sales representative who first greeted and helped me from the moment I walked through the door. She was a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable about the inventory, and transparent through every part of the process. She was extremely attentive and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Then walked me through multiple options for each room that I was looking to furnish. The open communication, and availability were also a positive. Overall a great, stress free, no pressure experience where I felt very valued as a customer and plan to continue shopping with both Mariah and Value City of Manahawkin in the future.

Mariah was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about her products. She even found us additional items we were looking for in catalogs. When we were unsure about the color of the table top Mariah contacted another store who had it in stock to text her pictures to show us. We purchased everything we set out to get that day and are so happy me met Mariah. I recommend Value City Furniture in Manahawkin where we have been buying from for the last 22 years from Gene who was out sick the day we went in. We will continue to buy and recommend Gene and Mariah.

Very helpful sales reps would like to see the damaged small decor unit better priced.

I had met Bernadette a while back when I went into Value City just to look around. She friended me on Facebook so we kept in touch. She posted about an upcoming sale so I went in to see what they had. Luckily Bernie was there!! She helped me find the perfect couch for my house. I was so indecisive and she was so patient!! I was there for over two hours!! She helped me pick out martials and design my couch. Thank you Bernie! We WILL be back!

Value City has a great selection of furniture. I told my salesman Gene what I was looking for and he showed me many options. I have bought furniture there a few years ago and was happy to see that Gene was still working there. He is definitely an asset to the company.

I gotta say I really impressed with the customer service. We were working with Patrick and he really knew what he was doing. Didn’t feel any sort of pressure, but was knowledgeable enough to guide to the right furniture. He really made the experience wonderful and I honestly feel that VC has increased in many ways, including with the quality and style of furniture.
