IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW SALON/STYLIST I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON! If I could give this place 10 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! I was recommended to get my hair done here by my mother’s friend Angela who works there. When I walked in I was greeted by the manager Gloria & Angela walked me back to the chair where I met the AMAZING hair artist Susanne! I have A LOT of hair so I always hesitate going somewhere new but when I tell you I just found my hairdresser for LIFE! I am not kidding! Susanne was absolutely amazing. She is so kind and so welcoming, I felt like I’ve known her for years! I went in for highlights, color and a haircut & she did an amazing job I don’t even have words! She took her time and explained everything she was doing, step by step and constantly made sure I was comfortable. It really was truly an amazing experience! I can’t wait to go back! She is an artist and you can tell she LOVES what she does & making people feel good! 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend Julie, who works at The Beauty Store and Salon in Toms River!!! Julie did an amazing job cutting my hair! I am so grateful I found her!! Best of all, she really listened! The price was very reasonable too!!

This is a great place to get a haircut. I am a man and I have gone to Julie for a long time. She is the best.Cuts my hair just the way I like it and she is fast and very good. Man or woman the salon has all you would need in shampoo and conditioner and hair products. Blow dryers curling irons and much, much more. The store staff is great along with all who work there. Great, great place.

Would love to quadruple the number of stars to give Julie. I have lived in Ocean County for almost 20 years. Never found a stylist who cut my hair satisfactorily until Julie. My husband had been her customer for awhile. I loved the way she cut his hair. Looked perfect every time. When the chance arose that I could start going to Julie, I jumped at it and have never been sorry. She is personable, talented, quick, and learned immediately how I wanted my hair cut. When I told her I wanted it cut down to the basic minimum, she knew exactly what to do and through her expert capability, the cut turned out just as I wanted it to...I loved it! Julie is truly an expert in her field. Nice salon and the store has everything from hair products/devices to some jewelry and clothing. I cannot say enough good things about Julie.

My hair color and style has made so happy after being all gray white for several years. Thanks to Sue. She is amazing, a wizard with the scissors. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. I leave the store as if I spent an hour and half with friends. Come and join our happy place. You will not regretting it.

Jacquie is the best! i've been getting my hair cut by her for almost 10 years now and she always does a great job. Along with a great haircut, we always have an enjoyable conversation too (which is almost just as important) . not to mention the price is amazing! Highly recommend!

For the guys looking for a barber Jacquie is the best there is. She's been cutting my hair for over 20 years and I followed her to the Beauty Store. Always a great cut and the nicest lady you'll meet.

I have been a client of Julie's for years. Never an issue getting an appointment, she's always on time, haircut consistently excellent, and she's very personable. The shop is also full of such fun gift ideas!

Julie is the absolute best! She nails my color Everytime!! She really listens to what you want and makes it happen. A true artist and professional of her craft. Don't be silly and go anywhere else!

Diane is the best! She has been coloring and cutting my hair for 15+ years. I continue to get complements on my hair even from other hairdressers, which says a lot about the quality of Diane's work. She is a 10 out of 10.

I met Suzanne today and she gave me one of the best color and cuts I’ve ever had. My hair is very dark brown, almost black naturally and look at how nicely she stacked the back! Exactly what I asked for. Thank you!!!!

I went to the salon her for the first time today. I had dark dark brown/black hair and wanted highlights. I knew there was a chance they weren’t going to lift fully with the bleach, but I wanted to start so I can go lighter in the future. Suzanne was so kind and helpful, she took me as a walk and worked me around her other clients. When we were done, she was not happy with how the bleach lifted so she offered me to stay and do it again. She said she didn’t want me to leave with hair that we both weren’t happy with! I’m so happy I stayed! My hair looks so great and I am definitely a happy customer! Thank you Suzanne for putting up with my thick head of black hair! I appreciate all you did to help me! And also, Angela the front counter woman was so sweet and helpful! I will definitely be coming back!
