Great staff. Had a bit of an issue with a payment being double charged (no fault of the branch, it was an online order, so it was a corporate issue,) but Brittany was able to get the issue rectified. Nicholas was also very kind and patient when I called to follow up.

I love primos! I tried out the Italian diablo and it did not disappoint! It was delicious. I thought it was a little pricey at first but they completely pack the sandwiches, so it is totally worth the money. An employee named Nicole was extremely friendly and helpful from the minute I walked in and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Everyone can take a lesson in customer service from her! I will definitely be returning.

Def a great sub. I wasn't a fan of the roll choice but that is gonna vary person to person. I got a diablo extra meat and it was fantastic. Lots of great options and the quality was great.

I’m not one to leave reviews usually…and I feel people do it because their experience was really bad or really good. I am leaving this review because it has been a LONG time since I’ve had such great customer service! I came into Primos last week, tired, hungry, and like most of us just trying to get through my work week.
I was waited on by a charming, professional, beautiful soul who just made my absolute day! She waited on me AND accommodated my picky preferences with a smile. The absolute BEST sandwich I’ve had in a long time. She not only made my experience at primos a positive one she made my whole day. Energetic, so much personality, and absolutely hilarious. Just so relatable!
Service was amazing and food was delicious.
I will definitely be back!
And just wanted to take this opportunity to give a HUGE shout out to that beautiful soul of an employee, Nicole!

Even on national hoagie day with so many orders being placed the staff and service was exceptional! I placed 3 orders and I spoke to a different team member each time over the phone and each time they were all so kind so polite and so patient! The staff who were prepping the sandwiches were so upbeat and friendly!!! Best primos sandwich shop! Go to Runnemede!!

Best sandwiches you’ll ever eat! This sandwich is so beautiful I could of done a full blown photo shoot. The sesame seed bread is the best part! The authentic Italian meets and the sharp provolone cheese I could spend all day thinking about.

Best experience I have had at a Primos yet, the dude behind the counter was so nice. Split the sandwich up for me without even askin. He gave me all these extras on the side. Lots of easy park, quick service, and the place was very clean. You know I will be back next time I am back east. Time to expand the business across the country!

My boyfriend and I have been coming to this location for a couple years now and they are the best! We even moved from where we were that was closer to their location, and we still go back, even though there’s another Primo’s that’s closer. They treat their customers top notch with friendly service and a warm environment. We will continue to frequent this location for years to come!

Great customer service! Waited for about 10 minutes because their system was down, they took down my order, then gave it to me for free for the wait! Great food and great service!

I’ve been visiting this location about once a week since I found out about the Wednesday special they have! The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful! Every hoagie I’ve gotten has been a 10/10 as well. They make it how I ask every time and it’s out of this world every time. Hands down the best hoagie spot around. So glad I found about this location!

This is my favorite sub franchise. They compete with the local delis and are often better

I ordered 2 whole hoagies for a tailgate party. I ordered them dry with all the fixings on the side. They cut them in smaller pieces. They did an excellent job! The left overs still held up the next day! No soggy bread!!! Thanks!

My husband loves the Primo ham and cheese Diablo. It’s made with pepper Jack cheese on a long roll with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. The ingredients are top quality and fresh. There are always plenty of potato chips to grab as well.

Great sandwiches, and a wonderful staff. Clean establishment, and again, great sandwiches. Highly recommended.

Love this location. They really ate the best around.

We stopped in for takeout. There was no where to eat inside, if we wanted to eat in. I ordered a cheese steak. We did not take any pictures of sandwiches because it was taken out. My cheese steak was yummy😋. There was so much meat, I was soooo impressed! I should have only eaten half the sandwich because of that. But I did not, I ate the entire sandwich! Others enjoyed a buffalo chicken sandwich and said there was so much chicken as well. Someone else ordered an Italian and they were satisfied. The sandwich was not cut in half, so if you want that done ask. They will kindly cut it for you. Bathroom on-site.

I am a regular at this location and the 2 girls who usually work the counter know me by name. Today, I guess it was the franchise’s owner was working the counter and service was quick as usual and the sandwiches were good as usual. The owner did make comment to one of the associates that they needed to put menus is all bags or they they could be written up. I understand and appreciate company policy but I’d like to give a quick bit of advice to this person, do not discipline or threaten discipline to your team members in front of customers or clients. We don’t like to see it. Especially a customer that has an already high opinion of your business. Employee discipline should always be private and confidential.
