So honestly to summarize, I purchased a Tv in store and got it for home delivery , I had issues with my order because the third party delivery person never came and I have to contact Best Buy chat and call center to reschedule but I went into the store and The people in the store workers and Mainly the store manager Micheal He Was super professional Micheal made sure I received my Tv and did everything in his power to handle situation. ! Now I’m happy with my Tv 70•Thank you for making my Best but experience Good ,👍🏽

I had to stop in and grab an SD card for my GoPro. Ordered online through the app on the ride to the store, and by the time I arrived, about 10 minutes, my order was ready. I walked in and showed my confirmation in the app to the clerk and was out in just a few minutes. Thanks, Best Buy.

My last two interactions at Best Buy have been fantastic. First the rep for my new laptop gave me THE perfect recommendation. Exactly what I needed. I wish I could remember his name. And most recently, Brandon in the cell phone department was able to resolve a technical issue that TMobile couldn't resolve in over a week!!! And the Geek Squad was also dumdfounded. He was a Godsend. Give him a raise.

We came in for a open box tv that wound up being inoperable. Mike & Alex worked with us to help us as much as they could and were super patient. We appreciate the time they spent with us to make us happy.

After purchasing a refrigerator, apon delivery the Refrigerator did not work. I returned to Bestbuy and managers Mike, Joey and Will helped resolve the issue and got working unit delivered. I highly reccomend BestBuy in South Philly, great customer service.

I went in last weekend to buy a new television, and Alex at Best Buy was amazing. He answered everything I asked about and knew every single model of television on the market, from how much resolution, contrast, brightness, and sound quality each has.

Got my phone stolen and bricked it when they tried to random my phone. Upgraded to the OnePlus 11 and I love this phone the camera is amazing. Ordering it thru best buy was easy and was ready within about an hour. I went the next morning and they had at least 3 people up front for pick up orders so the line wasn't anlong wait. Waiting for my Uber to get me actually took longer. Seemed clean and people were very nice.

Good place to buy because sometimes they have better offers and discounts than Amazon so if you are planning to buy something on Amazon I would recommend to go to Best buy and check the price's

This Best Buy that is the closest to Philadelphia city center. Quite large and has almost all electronic items that you may want. They dont have much available options in laptop.They will ask you to put an order.Do perform a check online before going in person whether the product you want is available at this store, as there have been a few items that have been out of stock or unavailable when I checked.Gaming gadget section is pretty good.

I have been to this particular Best Buy as it's closer to my location and I can walk there but admittedly I buy my electronics online. In early 2021 I purchased a Galaxy Tab S6 lite from this store at 6pm and it was delivered the next day by 10am. When I couldn't unlock it because I thought I put in the right code, when I set lock code I hit a wrong key and couldn't figure out what I did. I didn't think to make an appointment but I just walked in. The Geek squad has always been to the rescue when needed! They were very gracious and understanding and helped me without the appointment anyway and after charging the unit thankfully they unlocked it! The one time I don't purchase the Geek squad/Total Tech protection of course, but the price to unlock the tablet was very reasonable in my opinion. Since then and more recently, this year I have purchased the Galaxy Tab S8, the Google nest speaker, 2 smart plugs, smart bulbs and this time I purchased the Total Tech protection which will pay for itself really. I really like that they will recycle lots of different electronics, which is great because I have quite a few things I need to dispose of safely and correctly. The only issue, and it's just not here, but pretty much any store these days, shelves are little bare. I recommend buying online for that reason and the customer service and agents on the floor are helpful and knowledgeable, and help answer your questions to make the most informed decision on what product best suits your needs

Walked in asked the employee up front what I needed and he walked me right to it, in and out! FANTASTIC

Went to Best buy to get a HDMI adapter for my ROG Ally, a gaming handheld I brought from there a while ago. The staff was really nice and helped me pick the right adapter.

I purchased a Frigidaire Refrigerator on February 29, 2024, at BestBuy on Columbus Boulevard. My sales representative was Joey, who was very helpful to me. He really took the time to go over everything with all the right measurements to make sure the refrigerator would fit through my front door and in my kitchen space. I'm very happy with every purchase I get at BestBuy. I've been a long-time customer. Thank you, Joey, for taking the time to help.

I was finally able to pick up my computer that I purchased. Although it was delayed for about a week, it was well worth it. Associate Antonio V was extremely helpful and patient with me when I went to shop for it. I love my Dell Inspirion all-in-one computer!
