VCA Winslow Animal Hospital

We have been going to Winslow Animal Hospital since 2013. We have five chihuahuas and all five are seen at Winslow for all veterinary needs. Some have special needs and so we coordinate their care between Winslow Animal Hospital and Penn Vet in Philadelphia. Records are always transferred back and forth between the two hospitals and the doctors at Winslow take the time to read any recommendations from Penn.

Ever since 2013, we have been receiving the very best veterinary care for our pets. As a picky pet mom (and all the staff knows it), I want the very best for my "kids." Well, at Winslow Animal Hospital, that is what you get, THE BEST. From the smiling faces that greet you when you walk in the door with the happy, outgoing personalities to the technicians to the doctors, everyone makes you feel so welcome.

If your pet is experiencing an uncomfortable situation, an illness, et cetera, the staff always works to get you in as soon as possible, looking for openings or cancellations. When you are in the exam room with the staff, they always listen to your concerns and their care and compassion truly shines through when they examine your pet.

After going to Winslow Animal Hospital, there is no other vet hospital I would go to (other than Penn for my special needs pets) than Winslow Animal Hospital. They are absolutely wonderful from nail trims, to physical exams, to yearly dental cleaning procedures. If you are unsure about choosing a vet, look no further. Winslow Animal Hospital is the place you want to be for all veterinary needs.

We are so happy we switched to Winslow Animal Hospital! We have Mastiffs.The staff are very welcoming & friendly, so caring to large dogs. I have met 3 different doctors and they are all so through & have been excellent at diagnosing any issues my dog may have. Also, they have all the technology and equipment needed if testing or X-rays are required We just got a new puppy and will be taking her there also! Highly recommend them!

Dr. Levie continues to be that perfect combination of professionalism and warmth. She has always taken the time to make sure that I understand what she is doing, what she discovers, and what she recommends. The overall environment @ Winslow Animal Hospital is calming, and the support staff has always been very helpful.

I have been bringing my cats and dogs to Winslow for over 20 years, they are simply the best! Dr Coudrai has done surgery on several of my girls, And my grand dog always with excellent outcomes. I have seen Dr’s Heinze , Levie & Chackes all are professional and caring, The techs and Front desk staff are all to be commended, they are all friendly, efficient & caring!

First visit with our dog Sophie and I cannot say enough good things about the staff and providers at Winslow. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The doctor was completely thorough and explained things to me easily and clearly. The whole environment was so welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend Winslow Animal Hospital. Sophie is already feeling better!

Dr. Phil Was excellent! Very professional and gave us an awesome experience. I took my 10 week old American Bulldog last week and he was the first Vet that was against neutering a very young puppy and that he gave us more info on when is the proper time to do it. Compared to other places they are well staffed and that their waiting room is neat.

We love this vet and have had 4 cats well cared for here over the past 10 years

I can not say enough amazing things about the Winslow Animal Hospital. Our 6 month old pug puppy had a major leg injury that needed specialized orthopedic surgery. The surgeons here took her case and did such a wonderful job. Within 1 week she began physical therapy also done at Winslow Animal Hospital and the rehab staff were the kindest group and were amazing with our little one. I can’t thank all the staff, surgeons, rehab crew, and everyone that helped get our little one back to 100%. She is now coming up on 9 months old and running and playing and couldn’t be happier… Thank you all!!!!

Very good visit with my dog no issues staff is so friendly on every visit.

Our greyhound, Fermi, fractured his paw in 4 places. We were referred to Winslow by our regular vet because he needed an orthopedic specialist to surgically implant pins and set it. We were very satisfied with Fermi’s care and treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Coudrai and the rest of the hospital team, especially if your pet has an orthopedic-related issue. We are so grateful for the wonderful staff at Winslow Animal Hospital.

This was my first visit there and for sure will not be my last. I have a senior, neutered cat that started spraying in the house to mark his territory. I had him to 2 other vets and was told by both there is nothing that can stop it. I came to the heartbreaking decision he had to go. I was looking for shelters to take him and one place suggested Dr Levie. I made an appointment. They came out to the car and took him in. After about 15 minutes Dr Levie called me and explained all my options. She was on the phone with me for well over half hour. I did everything she suggested and my cat has not sprayed in the house for 17 days. 😁. She has also called me at home for follow up. In my opinion she is a miracle worker with cats. I am very happy I can keep my cat for the rest of his life. I am looking forward to meeting Dr Levie face to face when this pandemic is over.

5 star performance every time. Shout out all the staff and the doctors making a difference. Your always there for us and our pets. Always responsive and always giving us the information we need. I highly recommend Winslow animal hospital. They are kind, thoughtful and will have an answer for your questions and concerns . Wait time is understandable in most cases. Even though the wait is far , few and In between. Think about if it’s your pet they are spending time on, you would want the time you deserve for your pet so be patient. We love you winslow! All the staff and time you give to those in need , thank you!

Winslow Animal Hospital is the best!!! Our fur babies receive the best care & service from the entire staff. The employees are always so loving, pleasant & welcoming. We love Dr. Levie, we call her our pug geru…..she’s has been taking care of our pugs for many, many years & we look forward to many, many more! 🐾

I can't say enough great things about Winslow Animal Hospital. My wife and I brought our Pearl there for the one thing you never want to do as an animal owner. The true emotions they showed and how comfortable they made us feel for such a tough thing to do we could never thank them enough.

We recently had to lay one our dogs to rest. The staff was very kind and caring during our time of grief. Thank you for being so compassionate.

Everyone who works here is extremely nice. I have rarely had to wait when I had an appointment. Even friends I had take my cat there for me while I was traveling said they'd use this vet if they lived closer. All the staff members are professional, thorough, and kind. I highly recommend them.

We were referred to this practice by several of our friends, and I understand why! Upon adopting our 6 y/o Boxer mix, we learned he doesn't do well at the vet's. We were lucky to have our first appointment with Dr. Levie and her technician, who were absolutely wonderful. Dr. Levie took her time to make Norris as comfortable as possible, answered all of our questions, and addressed our concerns. She even created a game plan for Norris's anxiety during future visits. We felt heard, and not judged for his poor behavior. We so appreciate all of the staff's patience, kindness, and professionalism, and feel confident in the quality of care Norris received. We're very grateful to have discovered this practice. Highly recommend.

Excellent care for your pets and you! Staff at the desk are very friendly and knowledgeable! Vets and techs are top notch! Wouldn't go anywhere else. So happy to find a place that practices holistic care also.

The staff and Doctors are awesome. Not only did they take care of Esther, they were very calming and understanding dealing me being distraught and highly emotional. I recommend this hospital to any and everyone.
