Panther Comics

After going back a few more times, I'm editing my initial review. There is a nice portion of both high-end key issues as well as nice, affordable back issues that I didn't take note of in my original visit. And, once again, I must commend the owner/employee for their knowledgeable and friendly demeanor! (end edit) The main attraction is their amazing dollar bin selection! You could easily spend a full day going through them and finding tons of buried treasures from your youth. Also, the staff is very polite and helpful!

It is always fun to visit reasonable, friendly people. always can find something to buy old and new comics and toys.

What an amazing Comic Book shop honestly.
Let me start off by saying that the guy at the store really knows his stuff. I mean from the moment we walked in, not only did he have amazing customer service but this man REALLY knows his comic knowledge. We had conversations from when we came in until we left.
Anything we were wondering if they had he helped us immediately and with lots of passion. I've been to many Comic Book shops/stores and this one is easily in my top 5 favorites. Not only cause of the customer service, but also the Comic variety and selections, and the man really makes you feel at home with all the great conversations that he brought upon us.

I purchased today about 20-25 Blackest Night comics. I hadn't found a spot that had so many available. This is literally one of my top 3 favorite topics/events of DC Universe. This helped me build my collection up sooooo much.

Will recommend this spot to ANYONE who wants to chat up and feels at home, anyone who is looking to complete collections or just anyone looking for the next new Comic or series that will get them hooked. Will be coming back very VERY soon to hopefully complete my Blackest Night collection.

Just came here with my girlfriend last weekend. Pretty good comic book store. The owner is very knowledgeable about comics and knows about the industry. His comics are very reasonable prices. Love that his trade paperbacks are cheaper than all of the other stores I have gone to. Very affordable. Just wish the plastic paper was on the comics to help keep them in good condition. Spent only $22-$25 on like 8 comics which I was amazed by. Definitely coming back.

Chris has an amazing wall of key comics and always has awesome inventory. Trustworthy guy that will press and send your comics to get graded as well. Will be back!

Panther comics is always a great experience. The owner is very knowledgeable and prices are always fair. If you like comic and toy collectibles its worth the trip.

Great store, I stop in from time to time. They're always cordial and always knowledgeable. And they have one of the best free comic book days types of sales for anyone. I got a couple good trade paperbacks for Dang good prices. Kudos to this store

Chris was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Felt right at home in the shop. I also found everything I've been looking for and more. Chris is the epitome of excellent customer service, and in the short time I was in the shop I learned a lot. What more could you ask for!

Lots of space. Nice collection of new and older books. Action figure collection wasnice as well. Owner seemed nice. He was fine with you looking through the books. I like'd the place.

Best shop around!! No book to big or small will get you exactly what your lookin for.whether you just started collecting or long time theres something for everyone!
Just wanted to update almost 3yrs later and still the best shop in town! Whatever you collect pops,figures,statues,or comics they have a great selection of modern and vintage! They must be doing something right because i dont even go to the same Dr. for 3 yrs lol!

This store is small, but has a decent selection, and the manager Chris is friendly, easy to work with, and personable. It's nice to spend time there, or just get in for a quick buy.

Always fun stopping in and talking with Chris! New collector and he has been real helpful in suggesting what to read and where to look. Always something new to see in the shop.

I heard about Panther comics from my friend but finally got to visit the store today. Steve was there and was so awesome to talk to. Chris the store owner was also there and very friendly. I can’t wait to come back.

The owner is very friendly, nice selection of comics. A bit of a drive for me, but I've always been able to find some gems from the back stock to fill gaps in my collection.

I've been hitting this place up since close to when it opened and have enjoyed watching it grow in that short amount of time into having a great selection of new titles and an ever growing selection of back issues and wall books. Chris has a great store that not only is a ideal place to get your weekly pulls or sought after copy of a Steranko drawn issue of Captain America, but also toys and other memorabilia from your (extended)adolescence. It's a place to hang out, talk comics, movies or even music with Chris(of Steve on Tuesday) have a cup of coffee and lose yourself in a little oasis of pop culture. Repeat visit will find you seeing that the selection is ever changing and worth at least a quick pop in(that more than likely with be longer than you thought). Panther Comics is earning it's place in the region as an up and coming store to make a pilgrimage to.

Friendly owner, good prices, he knows what he's got and can tell you almost anything about it! Fair price paid for traded in items too.
