Had a nice experience today at Brand Deptford mall. I needed my engagement and wedding ring resized- not only was it a reasonable price compared to other jewelers right in the mall, but they had it completed within the hour, perfectly and it was spit shine clean. No sending out, no insurances needed. Cannot tell it has been resized and it fits perfect. Really nice people working there too. Very thankful to be wearing my rings again, thanks guys!

I had quite the pleasant experience there. I was wanting to gift myself for 2 years of sobriety and some other things I was happy to have accomplished. I went in and was looking at the small clearance section when I noticed this beautiful diamond and pearl ring one case over. Love at first sight. I decided I didn't want to wear it on the traditional ring finger so I decided to have it sized for my thumb, which they did for no fee. They were very thorough when explaining to me how to take care of a pearl ring. I was very happy with my purchase and service. The ring is beautiful, price was fair, and I wear it with peace in my heart.

The staff members were fantastic and extremely supportive. In particular, Nicholas went out of his way to assist me in finding a Wrist Watch Repair specialist located at 15 W47th M104 in Manhattan. My watch required a specific spanner and personalized care.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience when it came to my custom made engagement ring. The professionals were kind, intelligent, and communicative. I trusted them to create a ring from a photo, with diamonds from an old ring, and it was done with so much care. Fantastic experience.

The BEST watch repair I’ve ever seen. I had a watch which needed the battery replaced, and every single shop in the mall couldn’t do it. Time After Time (from whom I bought the watch) scratched it and said it wasn’t possible. The kiosk downstairs tried but couldn’t get it either. After giving up, I came here and he did a fantastic job. Within 2 minutes the watch was working. I’d highly recommend any watch repair people to come here.

I am so happy that we found Brand Jewelers! I gave them a picture of the way I wanted my engagement ring to look and it turned out ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! I cannot thank them enough! And, I wanted some of my grandmothers stones in my ring and they were so nice and accommodating, making sure they spent extra time and care when putting them in the setting. The whole staff is so nice and the jeweler who put my ring together was so sweet and really took his time in making it. I went to get my engagement and another ring re sized (neither of them were from there) and I was so pleased when I got them back. They told me a week, it was done in just a few days. They even buffed and fixed a bent prong on my engagement ring and buffed out all the scratches on it. When I picked it up it looked like a brand new ring. I’m extremely pleased and the price was excellent! I will be a returning customer.

My husband and I had an issue with a wedding band we purchased from Helzberg. Helzberg would not honor the warranty. Brand Jewelers deals with the same manufacturer and helped us with the replacement ring. A ring we did not even purchase from them, but helped us out anyway. That is true customer service!!! Thank you so much Brand Jewelers. We have been telling everyone.

Best place in my opinion. Got 2 rings altered on the spot with my old grandmother's engagement ring. Staff very helpful and the jeweler is an artist! Perfectionist. He actually is ordering 2 new emeralds to replace the ones he put in as temps, so my new soon to be bride can wear her new ring. Free of charge!. Will never go to another jeweler. Ever! Great prices. We got my engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands from Brand Jewelers. We loved the sales people, and it was the only place we went that would customize. Our final products came out gorgeous, even more perfect than what we were expecting. Don’t let the store being in a mall fool you, they are great! If we have any future jewelry needs, we’ll definitely be coming here!

I bought my Tag there as well as my wife's engagement ring. Great jeweler and great prices. I am rough on watches and wear mine all the time. Went in for an adjustment on the band and they took care of it for free!!

Such an incredible jeweler, and such an incredible experience! The stafff here are dedicated, and they only truly want what’s best for you and your situation. I went to another jeweler downstairs and had a money hungry salesman try to push rings out of my budget and ultimately made me want to step into this jeweler.

I finally felt like a woman who was going to get engaged with the love of her life. They treated me like gold, and they had a HUGE selection of engagement rings and wedding bands! I fell in love with a beautiful rose gold engagement ring that looks STUNNING, and was only a little over 1000 dollars.

On top of that they have many avenues to help your financial situation. My fiancé and I were able to put the ring on layaway to start, and we paid most of the ring off in six months. On top of that, they offered a much longer hold and a discount for my fiancé being on active duty. They even helped us set up financing for the remaining amount in December! They catered to every single step, every request, and with a big smile on their face too.

I've bought just about every piece of jewelry I own from Brand Jewelers, the staff is always friendly and willing to help you find what you like at a price you can afford. They're family owned, which you can tell as soon as you walk in ... it's not a bunch of folks just trying to collect a paycheck, they truly care about the customer, it's not easy to find a place like this anymore - everyone else is focused on making a quick sale, but Brand feels different! They have a huge selection of wedding bands, engagement rings, bracelets, earing, necklaces, watches ... they even have a rose dipped in gold, I purchase one for my wife and she loved it! I highly recommend Brand Jewlers for any upcoming jewellery purchase, ask for Nick or the young Italian looking guy (Sorry, I forget his name) ... one of the two is always there, they're who I tend to work with but I'm sure anyone there will treat you with respect, not push you into a sale and will be eager to help you make the right purchase.
