I reached out to this company with a last minute request after ordering from another website and receiving garbage. They were so attentive and helped me find a dress in the short time span I had. The dress is GORGEOUS! Quality material and just beautiful. I’m so happy with my dress and my experience with this business, and will come back for future events for sure.

I’ve ordered from Fostani twice, great customer service and good quality, both dresses from a designer I’ve tried before. The price was a good deal too. This is my 1st place to go when it comes to dresses for special occasions.

Love my dress! Stopped at their show room in town, the owner was very nice and helped me try on and choose from different dresses they had available. I ended up with a beautiful dress for my brother’s wedding. Will definitely come back!

Do not order from them. There sizing is way off, there dresses from different warehouses from different countries depending on the brand. I ordered a dress that looks nothing the picture. The picture was definitely edited to enhance the way the dress looks and on top of that the sizing was very off. There customer support will deny your return and only give store credit and that it unfair for them to do that if a customer is unsatisfied and lost trust on the dresses they way.

Don’t order if your outside USA I ordered from them to Saudi Arabia and I didn’t like the dress, they gave 5 days limit to return the dress. I had to pay 690 riyals for ups fast shipping from my pocket they do not cover the return charge. They also only return the money as a gift card to their store and they deducted money from the dress price it was 419 usd they gave the store 370 usd for the store credit. I don’t recommend dealing with them as many other dress website offer better service to international customers.
