Costco Tire Center

I had a great experience from start to finish, I ordered my tires online they were delivered to my choice of location (Mount Laurel) I was contacted once they arrived to make an appointment. I shopped while waiting for my car to be done I'd say about an hour and on a Sunday! Love the convenience of weekend availability, embarrassed to say my tires were bald because no dealership could accommodate my schedule.
Shout out to the very busy but pleasant front desk lady.

Came in as a walk in on a busy Sunday and they made it happen from helpful front desk to Connor in the back turning vehicles like a madman they were putting my tires back on my truck by the time we were done shopping. All those with poor reviews are nitwits, I watched them torque wrench the lug nuts the way it should be done so tires will come off if you have to do by hand on side of road. Quality work A++

Fast and professional service! I never went to a Costco tire center before, so when I called, Connor provided a clear overview of where I'd park and go inside to the front desk to get my flat tire fixed.
Once inside, I just had to give a little bit of info about my car and which tire was flat. The rest of your info they get from your Costco membership card. Then I gave my keys, confirmed my phone number to be contacted at, and went shopping in the meantime. 35 minutes later, I got a call that my car was ready. Back at the front desk, I got my keys back and a work summary, with my car parked out front near the tire center. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience and the courtesy and professionalism that Connor exhibited!

Had the best experience at this Costco Tire Center! I made an appointment in the middle of the day for a tire rotation and they took me right on time. The entire staff was also extremely pleasant and helpful! Josh explained everything once my vehicle was ready and even gave me great advice about the treading on my tires. They were very honest and didn't try to sell me tires when I asked if they were needed. I was out in less than an hour. Literally the best experience with car service that I have ever had!

After reading the reviews I was reluctant to get tires from this location. Don’t believe the all these negative reviews. The service I had was impeccable. Arrived at 4:10, appt at 4:30, couple cars in front of me, done at 5:30. Everyone was kind and courteous. I even informed them about the bad reviews after my service. The rep said yeah, they know but people will be people and all they can do is their best when providing service.

Even while waiting I watched them handle other customers....nothing but the BEST customer service!

A great group of people, very professional and accommodating. I dealt with Fred, John and Andrea all of whom were polite professional and knew their products! They special-ordered in tires for my SHO that they don't normally keep on hand and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time as promised! In addition to all of that they beat the tirerack.com price!! I would recommend them to everybody!

I take mine and my parents car here for tires. I have never had an issue here except for longer wait due to services being slammed. Be prepared to spend 2 hours at their busiest time.

I don’t know why this place getting such bad reviews. I had the best experience at this Costco Tire Center yesterday. Connor and the other guys were very honest and didn't try to sell me tires when I asked if they were needed because one of the tires had a leak. They found the leak and fixed it. So Instead of paying $200 for a new tire, I only paid $12 and had the problem solved! It’s the best experience with car service that I have ever had!

Always excellent service, even when busy. I've gotten about 10 sets of tires from them over the years and always happy. Free rotations and fixing flats

I am not certain way they are getting so many bad reviews. You walk in and you order 4 tires, I came back 2 hours later and I had tires. Everybody was nice and friendly. This is Costco, expect a wait.

I've had plenty of services done here over time. From tire installs, battery purchases and patches. It's always quick and they try to squeeze you in the best they can.

I don’t know why these guys getting such a bad reviews.I just went there today morning .Its Saturday and they have so many customers.I talked to Josh and he was extremely nice.It took hour and a half but they helped me no questions asked.and had flat tire in my car .I am there all the time to rotating my tires and never had bad experience.Yes you need to wait a bit .

Interesting story. I ordered 4 tires and scheduled installation. Brought the car in at the next available time (5 days later on a Friday) and left it for the install. After about 1 1/2 hours later I get the call that they only had 3 available. Apparently one of mine was given to someone else for a warranty replacement. Now they would have to order another tire for me. Frustrating for the time lost. Had they called and let me know they needed to order another tire it would have been more bearable and I wouldn't have had to travel and wait an hour and a half. After making a few calls after I left on the initial install day, I received a call from the store manager. They wanted to make things right. Update - 4th tire got ordered, received and all 4 were installed the next business day (Monday). Didn't need to make an appointment and it was taken as soon as I arrived. To their credit, it was all done in about 40 minutes. The store manager also gave me some compensation for time lost on the first visit. Thanks Larry and a special thanks to Amanda (who helped me on Friday) and Tina (who helped me on Monday).

The service is good here, but you may need to wait for a while before someone comes to the front desk

A gentleman at the shop told me that i had 5 months of driving left on my tires after the dealership told me i needed tires asap. This type of honesty guarantees that i will get my tires from cosco as well as any other service their auto center provides

Do exactly all I needed them to. We’re relatively fast. Quotes were well explained. Only problem was the sensors weren’t reset in the new tires before I left the shop-took about 8 min more, then I was on my way
