My car shop buying experience has been absolutely hands-down the best I have ever experienced when purchasing a vehicle. Dean and Jordan took the time to listen and give us a variety of vehicles to choose from. That would best fit our needs. The whole process was smooth and fast I highly recommend car shop to anyone looking for a vehicle, the service is hands-down, the best the sales people go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied so that when you leave you know you got the best service possible

My experience at CarShop Mount Holly, NJ was great! It was easy to find several cars that I was interested in purchasing. Then CarShop brought the vehicles directly to their closest location nearest to my home where I could test drive them. Michael Henderson went over all the financial and feature details and answered all my questions. We made a great purchase and love the 6-month warranty, along with the life-time engine guarantee. It was a pleasure doing business at CarShop.

I don't do reviews, I think it's a waste of my time. After saying that Ben D. deserves this review. I haven't bought a car in the last 10 or so years and he really did make it a pleasure and that's important. Pricing is what it said it was, and I even had the vehicle I wanted delivered to me within hours from a different location! And all this was with a unscheduled walk in. Thanks again Ben, I really do like the car!

Excellent Experience!
As a repeat customer I can't say enough great things about this establishment. The staff is always respectful, courteous and responsive. Going the extra mile is standard and they have set the standard by which I evaluate the competition. I will certainly return when I am in the market for another vehicle. I also want to say a special "Thank You" to Buddy for his willingness to stay late and ensure I was taken care of. He is extremely personable and has a great sense of humor. I was not sure what to expect coming to this dealer but my experience was fantastic! There was no sales pressure, the prices are as advertised without any of the questionable price hiking often found at the last minute for all the "extras" you didn't even ask for. They were extremely fair with my trade-in evaluation and were happy to take care of a couple of minor issues I found with the truck I was buying. I will absolutely work with them again! Buying my car at CarShop last February was the best decision I've made in a while. The sales person was excellent. Taking my cat to service is a wonderful experience as well. CJ knows me by sight and the service technicians rock. They will be the only people to touch my car. Highly recommend them.

Sara was great. She entertained us during the buying purchase and made us laugh (a lot). Highly recommend Sara if buying a new car. Make sure to ask about her 27 kids, 7 cats and 3 dogs.

Absolutely wonderful! My mother had scheduled the appointment and I was bummed to see the car she selected. Nothing was wrong with the car other than minor detailing, but it wasn’t what I pictured driving. Thankfully, Matthew immediately started looking at other options and stuck to every one of my requests. He was able to get another car of interest on site within 2 hours and I fell in love! Matthew definitely has a special place in my heart for making my first car purchase the best possible experience ever. The rest of the team is awesome at making you feel comfortable and getting you out of there in no time!

My experience? Well, I have purchased 3 vehicles from them, and all sales went as smooth as silk. I purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 in 2016 with only 7,000 miles on it. I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe in 2019 with only 12,000 miles. Then I had to purchase another truck in July of 2022, a 2017 Ram 1500 Laramie with 29,900 miles because I had an accident with my 2015 Ram, and it was totaled. I even found a "Like New" 2021 Subaru WRX with only 4900 miles for my oldest son, who ended up purchasing it, making it 4 total. Bill Robb was the salesman for my 2017 Ram and my son's WRX, but he has moved to their Chester Spring or Glenn Mills location. But there are lots of other great salespeople willing to help you find what you want. The best part is the service desk. Christian Hall, and I mention him by name because he is one of the most pleasant people I ever met. He explains everything your vehicle needs and there is no push to have service done that isn't needed. As a matter I order most of my vehicle's tires online and he is more than happy to install them for me. I don't trust dealers anymore, so I buy my vehicles here at Car Shop where they are almost like new and given a thorough inspection. The covid scare has made used car prices skyrocket but at least you know you're getting a LIFETIME Engine warranty when you buy from them. My heart was broken when I crashed my 2015 Ram because I had done some upgrades and it was a rock-solid dependable truck with great handling and acceleration.

I had to buy a car unexpectedly in the middle of our road trip, and Michael H. got us in a new car very quickly! After asking a few questions he knew exactly what i was looking for and he took care of everything.
He was also very friendly and easy to communicate with! Thanks again, and i am never going anywhere else when in need of a car again..

Was told I needed to replace rear brake pads before next oil change or I would be hitting metal. When I looked at the bill today they replaced rotors as well. I was instructed I needed pads nothing about rotors. ....I was contacted by CarShop they are reimbursing me for the rotors I paid for... all is good!!!!

I purchased a used vehicle on December 29th 2023. The vehicle had a few problems after I purchased it. The dealership stood behind me and my vehicle until it was fixed correctly. My vehicle now runs great, and I would like to thank the service department, and Bill in particular for all of his help.
