From start to finish a perfect experience. I purchased an engagement ring, and David took his time to make sure I understood all of the options available, and was very patient in explaining every detail with me. Everyone in the store was super kind. The ring came out beyond my expectations, it is so beautiful. Communication was great throughout, and he even helped me with the insurance for it afterward. I will definitely be returning and I would recommend this store to anyone.

David and his team are great! I had a ball park idea of what my fiance wanted and David and his team helped me build it! David was honestly so helpful through the entire process and felt he gave me his honest opinions. It felt like I was working with a member of my family and not just a salesman! Dave and his team did a fantastic job! We wanted something custom for our engagement ring and dave walked us through the entire process, suggesting different options and letting us know what would and wouldn’t work. He had a great selection of diamonds to choose from and he and his staff were very knowledgeable about what properties of which diamond cuts would look the best. We will be using dave for all of our jewelry needs from now on!

I was looking to have my engagement ring “redesigned” and Ashley from the very start was friendly, kind, genuine, and sincere. She made me feel at ease and comfortable, as she understood the anxiety that comes from trusting a new jeweler…

She custom designed an amazing ring within my price point. The ring turned out to be so amazing that when I went to pick it up I was actually speechless and was afraid to try it on, it was just that stunning and hard to believe that it was mine. But the story doesn’t end here….

Since the engagement ring turned out so beautifully I just had to ask her to design a custom band that would do the engagement ring justice. She designed an amazing band (ctw 2.05)and then had the design priced out. The pricing was a bit steep, (especially considering what I had just spent on the redesign) and yet she made it very clear not to feel obligated to move forward. Well, I just had to bite the bullet and go for it. She not only delivered but she knocked it out of the park!! It was so worth it and then some and I have no regrets at all.

Ashley and the team are officially stuck with me. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Not only do I have two drop dead gorgeous rings but also have gained a friend….

Great experience all around. Brought my now wife's engagement ring here. The girls were big helps with helping me pick out a design! Everything went very smoothly from ordering to resizing. Would definitely recommend David Arlen, and look forward to using this jeweler in the future.

I’ve gotten sizing balls put in my ring here, and I had to switch them three different times because of losing weight. I had such a great experience with that one of the times I switched the balls within a month or two from the last time and they didn’t charge me. When I finally got my ring cut and resized, with no hesitation, I went back there to David Arlene. I also just went back again to get my ring re-dipped before my wedding, and let me tell you, they did a phenomenal job. My rings looks beautiful! They also are very affordable, they are trustworthy. The girls that work there are so nice and helpful. And last the owner is great, so nice, always says hello when I’m there, he gives great service with a quick return time. The engagement ring wasn’t purchased with them, however I only trust having them do anything needed with my ring. 10/10 recommend this jewelers!

I have gone to David Arlen Jewelers for many years. My experiences include purchases (of course, how can you resist), repairs and selling gold. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and experienced. This is a direct reflection on David as he is the nicest person. It isn't too often that the master jeweler and owner comes out and takes care of customers and gets to know them. Other jewelry stores don't have that personal touch that you most certainly get at David Arlen's. To me it is like the neighborhood family jeweler taking care of you. You can trust them and feel safe in your decisions.

We took our seven month old here to get her ears pierced. I made sure to do some heavy research before our scheduled appointment and was VERY happy with our decision. The shop is safe and clean and the people were very welcoming. The owner made it SUCH a happy experience for us first time parents. He and another experienced employee calmed our butterflies and simultaneously pierced our infants ears quickly and perfectly and it was over before she knew it.
