So happy I called Sal Jacobs septic tank service. i received prompt service and the service man was very personable and took the time to explain everything that could be wrong with an old septic tank. He serviced the tank and cleared the blockage explaining what could be causing the problem.

I had a septic back up on a Friday night. First guy didn’t call back until after I called Sal. He came within an hour, and when it showed a blockage in the line he came early Modnday and took care of it. He found a cleanout pipe I didn’t know about under my driveway.

Sal was very helpful, had a last minute septic issue after moving into my new house. He was prompt, respectful and great communication. He was able to get a truck out fast and everything was fixed and the follow up call was really nice of him. Guy who showed up showed us how to clean our filter and what to look out for in the future. Called Sal last Sunday Morning letting him know my Septic Alarm went off. He promptly came the next morning and replaced my pump and additionally cleaned out my septic field pressure lines. We needed a part and he was able to find it same day and returned to complete everything. It happened Thanksgiving week and we were having a full house so this was a God send to have it all fixed same day and without stress. I can't thank Jacobs Septic enough for a great job.

We called them an appointment to have our septic tank cleaned. The guy who came to our house was named Joe. He was super awesome and patient with us and showed us how to clean the filter and went over our tank with us. He did an swesoem job will we will use this company again.

Jacobs septic service is one of the best companies I ever dealt with, when I called to get my service on my Septic System. There were there immediately I had a back up they solve the problem, and I was happy with . their prices were very reasonable, the driver Joe explained to me how my septic works, very happy we will be using them again.

Called on a Sunday, Sal answered and said they’d be out Monday morning.. Made quick diagnosis of problem.. Did what they could to keep system running until parts could be ordered. Stated they’d be back Wednesday.. They showed up Wednesday as promised and completed the entire job

As first time home buyers we do not know much about having a septic system but Sal Jacobs made the inspection process easy! Our home had a cesspool. It died. You can imagine: three inch baths, rationed flushes, piles of dirty laundry etc. After much research my husband found Sal.
Using Sal Jacobs is like having your best friend (with all kinds of heavy equipment) install your septic. County approvals needed? Engineering survey? Tree needs to go? Sal and his wonderful team does it all. We sat in our chairs in air conditioning , drinking coffee while Sal and his men toiled in the pouring rain and then the heat. Once they started to dig we were only without water for two hours. Any possible problem, Sal works with you, and he does all possible things to keep your costs down. We love you Sal. Sal and his crew came out to help my family with an emergency cesspool issue .They were fast, informative and super professional. They gave us our options and even talked to the folks that caused the issue for us. He called me back later in the day to check in. Truly cared about what was going on and ensuring I got the best service. Highly recommend and will use again!

I have used Sals twice so far for septic pumps. I used to use a company local to me until the last time i called and told them i was backing up. The girl in office literally laughed and said it would be at least a week. So I called Sal which was on a Saturday and they came right out. Same as today, i called this morning and they were here by noon. They will get my business from now on.

We’ve used Jacobs Septic for two of our homes to pump out our septic system since the 1980’s. When we moved we tried another company and we’re not satisfied so we called Jacobs and found they traveled to the new area we moved to and they came right out.
