Atlantic Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy

The last few years we have used AOSPT homecare services and the staff Matt and Danielle have taught our family so much concerning physical and cognitive activities which has helped our love one so much. Yet we know that others can get them to do more than we can at times. We thank you all for your patience and love showed to our love one & can't wait to restart your services again.

The AOSPT Team are top notch professionals that clearly have their patients needs and concerns as their priority. I recently had both of my knees replaced and their Team had me back to my normal activities, well before I expected after both surgeries. Every therapists that I had interacted with, were knowledgable, professional and attentive to their patients. Their office staff were also courteous, helpful and professional when handling scheduling and co-payments I would highly recommend their service. Special thanks to Matt (right knee- 10/6/22) and Russel (left knee- 2/23/23) for giving me back my mobility without pain - something I haven't had in several years. I would highly recommend AOSPT!

I was dissappointed at the lack of personal attention by my physical therapist who was clearly overbooked during the same time period with several other patients. I stopped after 3 visits. I was surprised to receive a bill beyond the money paid by my primary and secondary insurance. On the third visit, a tech set up an initial 10 minute electrical stim for my lower back. He followed by directing me into a short exercise apparently guided by the therapist. I waited for quite a while for my physical therapist to interact with me personally with a very brief , inadequate, status inquiry. He gave me a second short exercise. Again I waited, until finally as the hour neared the end, took myself to a third exercise by asking the tech for posture clarificatipn. Seeing my therapist occupied with other customers I departed.
After my third visit, I cancelled the next with a visit to my orthopedic doctor scheduled. We discussed my concerns. She directed me to another facility, where I received a far more professional evaluation, set goals and now receive a high quality of personal attention. I experience a well orchestrated full hours of physical therapy with continual questions about the effectiveness and difficulty of the suggested movements. They are accepting what my insurance pays as full payment for services.
