I am not one to write reviews but the amount of work Brian and his men put into our house was beyond amazing and I felt it is necessary to brag about them to EVERYONE.

I was unsure as to how our project was going to turn out especially since we asked so many companies to perform our job and they declined due to how in-depth it was. Brian accepted our job without hesitation, was enthusiastic, and met with the other contractors to ensure that our job was done right and perfectly.

They were here from first thing in the morning until at least 7 pm at night, 7 days a week. They were clean, friendly, hardworking, and they are perfectionists. Brian, the owner, was at our job constantly and would communicate with my husband throughout the day. The level of dedication and attention he put into our house was amazing and I cannot believe how great it looks. He is a true leader and it is apparent that he loves his job. Because of his enthusiasm, his team works incredibly hard and puts forth their greatest effort. I love being outside of our house. It feels like a resort! We have Rainmaker to thank for that. Rainmaker irrigation has been great throughout the whole experience. We had our whole backyard done and they were extremely fast and hard working. They worked 6 days a week to transform our backyard and did everything including grading, irrigation, patio work, lighting and sod. They are extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The owner of the company Brian was a pleasure to work with and has taken care of some issues I’ve had personally. We had a basic idea of what we wanted but called Rainmaker for suggestions. They gave us a few options along with the pros and cons of each. They were also very patient as we changed our minds a few times until we settled on the final project! They were extremely professional, quick, and clean! I highly recommend Rainmaker! Brian's team did an incredible job on my new patio. I had reached out to Rainmaker to help with my patio and yard flooding. My old concrete patio was sinking, and each time it rained, I had a flood ankle high. I was inundated with sweeping away the water every time it poured. Brian gave me a couple options to help remedy this problem. The end result: I have a new paver patio with custom built fire pit, seating wall with LED lighting, and grading. I absolutely love my new patio, and I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the professionalism of this team. They are beyond amazing! 😊

Brian, Dan, Crew & Staff were professional from start to finish. They installed pavers, lighting, irrigation system and completed some lawn maintenance.

I’m so glad I chose Rainmaker for my yard overhaul! We had horrible flooding every time it rained and our yard would be an unusable muddy mess for days after any rainfall. They did grading, drainage, a new paver patio, sod, and more for me. They worked fast yet were very attentive to detail and paid attention to everything I requested. For over several years, our house has had horrendous water retention issues. I asked everyone I could think of for a name as to who could fix the problem but kept coming up at a dead end. One night I stumbled across Rainmaker Irrigation & Landscaping, LLC on Facebook and found the answer to our prayers!

I called and spoke with the owner, Brian. He assured me that he’d be over to take a look but that there was no job he couldn’t handle. At first, I didn’t understand why I’d have to wait nearly 9 months for the Rainmaker team to start but after looking at the finished product, It’s evident as to why. When you’re a perfectionist like Brian and his staff (John, Frank, Erin, Jennifer and the rest of the team) the word spreads quickly and you realize just how high the demand is for their services.

With the time, dedication and passion they devote to their work and the care they show for their clients, you just know they treat every yard like it’s their own...in addition to the hard labor, they power washed my fence, trimmed my shrubs and mulched the beds...all things that weren’t even asked of them. I cannot say enough good things about Rainmmaker irrigation and landscaping. They are amazing and my yard is beautifully transformed. Brian keeps wonderful communication before, during and after the job. He is extremely responsive to concerns. Brian was on the job daily to check out the work. His crew, especially Adam, did a great job. They cleaned up the site each day. There was a lot of work to do. Besides Landscaping, the sprinkler system was installed. Brian communicated and coordinated with the electrician and well drilling company. He was on site to troubleshoot any difficulties that arose. I highly recommend this company.

Brian and his team are the most professional group of individuals we've ever worked with! They were caring; the execution of work was spot on; there was constant communication between us and every team working on the job; they were respectful of the surroundings they were working in and went above and beyond in regard to detail! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the Rainmaker experience. From the initial estimate all the way through the entire project Rainmaker never let us down. Communication was constant and effective. We are a family with two large dogs and two small kids. Before Rainmaker worked their magic, we had a failing walkway, failing paver patio in the back, soggy grass with poor drainage, etc. My wife and I dreaded letting the dogs and kids outside on our property because it always turned out to be a muddy mess. Rainmaker changed all that! We now have a property that our children and dogs can actually play on. The smiles on their faces say it all. Brian (Owner) is top notch. Rainmaker is the best! They literally saved our home’s foundation from ruin. We bought a house in the fall and quickly realized how low lying the ground was when even the smallest rain caused our property to fill with giant puddles. Brian quickly came out to assess our yard and gave us options on how we could move forward in order to resolve the grading issues. John and his team were hard at work just a few weeks later and walked us through every step of the re-grading/landscaping/irrigation process. After two hard weeks of work, our yard looks AMAZING and there is no more standing water to be found! Our property was treated as if they were working on their own. We’re so thankful for the team at Rainmaker and would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Last Summer we had a pool put in and the condition of our yard was greatly impacted. Piles of dirt and small ruts were surrounding the entire pool area. We knew the backyard needed a major overhaul. After seeing so many pictures of Rainmaker’s work on Facebook, we thought we would give them a call and we are so happy we did! First, we were greeted by friendly staff at the office and quickly scheduled our appointment. Soon after, Brian was out to survey our yard and give us suggestions on what he thought would look nice. After a few exchanges of ideas, we found a perfect design for our backyard. Fast forward to last week the John and the Rainmaker crew started sculpting our backyard. By the end of the first day our ground was level and graded to perfection. Within a short period of time the backyard really came together. We had irrigation put in, established an area for a fire pit, planted privacy shrubs, sod laid and stones surrounding our shed and pool equipment. From start to finish the Rainmaker team made our backyard paradise a reality. They really took pride in their work and listened to any concerns we had. The entire Rainmaker team was courteous, accommodating, and diligent in their craft. We could not be happier with the entire process and results! We highly recommend Rainmaker for your landscaping needs!

The whole team has gone above & beyond with helping us create a beautiful space to make many memories with our family & our friends. The professionalism shown to us through their renderings clearly helped us see what we envisioned in our minds- a space to relax & enjoy our backyard. I can't say enough good things about owner Brian and his Rainmaker Staff. I contacted Brian to help me with my grading issue which was causing my basement to flood when it rained. Brian was able to come out the next day and advised me what he needed to do to fix the grading. Brian and his Rainmaker Staff responded within a week and fixed the grading, issues with the basement walls, basement windows, the sump pump drainage was wrong and so was my underground rain gutter system. Brian and his team were able to fix all issues in one long day. The quality and timeliness of Brian and his Staff had me hire them a second time to address my back steps and concrete patio. The back door steps were rotting and the concrete patio was sloped towards the house and causing water issues. Brian and his Rainmaker Staff were able to take up the concrete patio, wooden steps, properly graded the area, and constructed the most beautiful paver steps with lights and a 20x20 paver patio. My house is not only dry when it rains now, my back yard is soooo beautiful with my new patio. Thank you Brian and your Rainmaker Staff... you have a forever customer.

From day one, I watched as his team worked hard to grade & meticulously install every paver & block. Not only did they deliver the best quality, but it was done in record time! I cannot say enough amazing things about Rainmaker!! They were professional, tidy, and meticulous!!! We received a fair quote and timeline for our original scope of work (regrading and some new underground pipes), and when we made the last minute decision to add to that scope (new pavers for our deck and irrigation system), Brian was there to help us figure out how to best accomplish our desired outcome! Absolutely amazing service! We had a new irrigation system installed; not only did Rainmaker install 9 zones rather than the competitions offer of 4, the team was very respectful to my property, they explained all of the ins and outs of the system, and my grass wasn't all torn up. Overall I am very happy with my decision to use Rainmaker!

A+ A+ A+ ... We hired Rainmaker because we moved into a new house and the backyard was pretty much un-usable. Before Rainmaker did their magic, we had horrible drainage & grading and the water would just sit so the yard was basically always mud, even when it did not rain (the water had no where to go and just sat) ... Rainmaker (Brian, John, and crew) came in and re-graded, put in drainage, new sod and irrigation. ... Now it's like a brand new lawn and dry! Our 8 Beagles and ourselves are so happy with it. Rainmaker did an incredibly wonderful job, and even went above and beyond expectations. They addressed every issue, even down to the littlest detail.
