I have had nothing but excellent experiences at this place. They helped me without hesitation, the lifts work flawlessly, all the equipment I needed was readily available. The workers at this shop will not hesitate to help you. A job that would have cost me over 750 in labor cost me around 52 dollars using this shop, as well as experience gained from their help and completing the job nearly on my own. Very spacious, clean bays, and even when they are full a spot open relatively quickly, so just wait around and ask them questions!

These guys are so awesome!!! I needed new brakes and rotors all around and my dealership price was way out of my budget. I was so stressed thinking of how I would afford it plus new tires (as they told me I needed). Guys at Mcguire Auto Hobby inspired me to buy online and bring in for them to install or could guide me through it myself.

I opted to let them install it!! They did just that plus let me know I am not in need of tires right now as dealership told me.

Not being a car person means that I'm often gullible to things I'm told at dealerships and car shops because they know I don't have a way to dispute what is being told to me.

Anyway I am so grateful to the team at the Auto Hobby JBMDL, who also did a comprehensive check while doing the brakes and rotor install.

Highly recommend them to anyone who needs car services done or is mechanically inclined who can do it themselves. I'm so glad I stopped by and will definitely be back!!

Had to change exhaust on car was very convenient booked bay on line then went in at scheduled time. Used lift and was in and out by 1 and a half hours. They had a dumpster for metal and also one for card board to put all the old parts in and get rid of the cartons the new parts came in. Cost for bay was only $8.50 will definitely use it again when I have a major issue that requires a lift.

The guys are always extremely kind and professional, helpful when needed.

Great indoor facility for working your own vehicle. Reasonable rates, all tools provided & staff are patient with dum questions. They have several on floor bay areas and lifts available, tire repair machines and more. Located on Maguire (MDL) base. Must have military or base civil service ID to enter. Should assure repair job doesn't disable vehicle beyond closing time or alternate rates apply for overnight parking. Truly a do-yourselfer's ideal concept. Beats working on the street in front of my home. H. Thompson (BOP).

Probably the best hobby shop I’ve encountered in the Air Force so far. Friendly staff who don’t judge you for not being a car expert, and all the fixings you need from a hobby shop.
