I went to this store 1/23/22. Upon entering the store I was given a friendly welcome by the staff. One of the store associates Gabby approached me and asked how she could help me. After explaining what I was looking for in a work boot, she immediately offered a suggestion. No matter what questions I asked her, she was able to answer them. Based on her knowledge, experience, and professional mannner she rocked my store experience! She made it so much easier for me to make my final decision.! So that is why they are getting 5 stars for my shopping experience!

This is my second time visiting this outlet while in New Jersey. I enjoy shopping 🛍 here. It is shaded, and I appreciate the food trucks they had outside opposite from the food court. Very convenient for those who parked far from the food court & had no plans on journeying that way😉

I LOVE this product! My boots always last until I’m ready to get a new pair, not because they have fallen apart or worn out. My first pair are 10+ years old and the tread is still great and they are in good condition! The seams are even still as strong as the day I bought them!! I continue to wear them even though I have bought a new pair. Lol. Timberland has me, as a customer, for Life!!

Timberland always produced good quality shoes, some have come for 5 years. This store, is staffed with knowledgeable, patient and helpful staff. They helped me select the right shoe, with a cheerful smile, even though I changed my choice of shoes several times. I found the shoes truly good. I ended up buying 4 more. 🤗

After walking through the barn wastes of the Jackson outlets, I finally arrived, upon opening the doors I walked wearily to the attendant Michelle. (I hope I spelled your name right) this visage of professionalism and customer service greeted my weary decrepit self with an angelic smile and led me to the boots I needed, after dawning them my strength returned as if by magic. With no issues and ease I was helped and saved from my curse of oversized feet, I rate timberland five stars, as for Michelle she is a master of her craft.

The Timberland factory store where you can get buy one get one 70% off and they have all the up-to-date models of boot so unlike a place like the Reebok Adidas or Nike Factory Store where they have nothing good in selection and the best they could do is get you last year's model this Timberland factory store is awesome and the price can't be beat. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of everything they sold
