Huge value for the money. Staff was fast even though I didn't order ahead of time and really nice to my son. Beautiful and very large bouquet was a much better value than any .com experience I've had. Thank you!

Our Expressions has always done outstanding arrangements for my family and business. Anthony is the real deal floral artist. He has created many floral silk center pieces for me (all beautiful). Also did exceptional work for my grandmothers funeral. Toni does a nice job of assisting with colors and coordinating pick-ups. Nice shop on 12th Street, nice location.

I called Our Expressions Florist to see if they would be interested in getting involved in a local styled wedding photo shoot. It is 100% fine if they are not interested, however the woman on the phone was very short and rude. She didn't have one interest in helping out the local vendors in our town, asked an irrelevant question, "who is doing the makeup for the shoot?" and immediately said, No and hung up. Very strange, I will never go there for anything again.

The woman who tool my order paid no attention whatsoever when the man in the back told her what colors. She was too busy trying to wave and acknowledge the next customer who came in. This is my son's senior prom and they had the wrong color flowers. Despite me showing pictures of the colors needed, the man explaining the colors they would use and then she tried blaming me. They had to redo the wristlet & corsage with a cheaper flower and would not offer any compensatiion. Save yourself money and hassle don't go there.

This place sucks so bad to start off there rude they look an talk down to people an there customer service is horrible also when we were going over the contracts i did not understand at first what she was saying..an then when i asj to repeat she ask me rudely do i know how to read. There driver is also rude an never on time an do not pick up his phone when need or do she.. I hope nobody go through this same experience of bad sevice . please go somewhere else it not worth it
