Our Installer, Aaron, was extraordinary! He worked quickly and efficiently. We had all sorts of activities going on during the day. Aaron never disturbed or distracted anyone. He checked and double-checked every newly installed feature of our new Vector System. And later, Aaron patiently presented a tutorial to familiarize both my wife and I with all the gadgets. We are excited about our home, now protected by Vector. And we are sincerely appreciative of all of Aaron's efforts today.

I've been with Vector Security for 36 years. It was actually time to upgrade my system, and, the timing was right, because I was having an intermittent issue with the kitchen sensors. They updated it with wireless sensors, installed a new very readable touch control pad, ....but, most important..... the technician did a fantastic job, and, answer many questions. He was also very professional, worked with me to make sure it was aesthetically placed right.....over the older control pad location, and, installed it the right way. And, he knew how to explain the system to you, in simplistic terms, so....it was not complicated nor complex. Simply stated, there's an old saying, ..."If you want the best, you go with the best". They have a great monitoring system, which works. With Vector Security, I feel very secure. They get straight "A

Rob in Sales was great to work with. He was attentive and involved onsite for the installation as well. Service dept. seems to be easy to work with and accommodating when arranging after sale support. So far its been a very good experience.

My Vector Security System is amazing, but not as amazing as the salesman, Sean Skelly, and his extremely knowledgeable team of technicians. I’ve had this system for over 5 years now and still to this day any time I have a question they are quick to pick up the phone and troubleshoot for me. Amazing service and professionalism across the board!

Upgraded hard wired security system to wireless. The Tech (Arron)was excellent & very professional. The training he provided for the phone app & the iPad controller was tremendous. He answered all my questions & made recommendations for the use of the system. Love the door bell camera
