I worked with M L Ruberton on a new auto policy for my family and me (wife and 3 sons), as my prior insurance provider had terrible customer service.

In particular, I worked with Haley Mahoney, and she was terrific! She listened to my specific needs and worked with me to research the best companies based on value and price. She was extremely professional, detail-oriented, and transparent about what was most important from a coverage/cost standpoint.

Additionally, when one of my kids got into a minor vehicle accident, Haley personally referred me to a great body shop who cares for their clients as good as she does.

Excellent commercial coverage as well they were able to provide commercial policies for multiple properties with 1 carrier saving us money.
