Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Large selection of tools and parts. As a mechanic for almost 20 years, I recommend this location for times you prefer a brick & mortar parts store. (Prices are high but this is similar across the board for this type of business, so this doesn't affect my rating) Edit 3.1.24) prices are reasonable on parts from behind the counter.

It was great Napa n their team of quality no how associates had everything I needed to get my car from broke to fixed ..I will be going back to handle another fix n I am sure they will handle each one of them like a pro..to bad they don't live in my garage ..then again if I see it on line all I do is call the Guys At Napa No How..n it's delivery on the spot..Hey Napa Thanks for all that you do..

Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they have ninety-nine percent of what I'm looking for.
If they don't have it they can get it within a day or two. There delivery service is the best .

My recent purchase at NAPA was not typical brake parts. My local Hammonton store had everything I needed in stock. Al, the customer service rep. was extremely helpful, going above and beyond. Thanks for all the great service I always get from NAPA.

Big parking lot, clean store and surrounding area. Staff was nice and helpful. Would reccomend. I drove from about 30miles away to go here.

The customer service that was given to me by Al and Alex has made this NAPA store my new parts store , unbeknownst to the staff I am not in the best of health and when I asked for a cart to get my order to my car Alex directed a young man to carry my order out to my trunk , it might have just been a small gesture but it MEANT THE WORLD TO ME !!!!!! I work in the restaurant industry and I have already told this story about a dozen times to my guests ... ITS THE LITTLE THINGS THAT SEPERATE GOOD FROM GREAT AND THIS NAPA STORE WITH THE STAFF I HAVE ENCOUNTERED HAS MADE THIS STORE MY GO-TO-GREAT STORE !!!!

Sent help to pick up fuel filter for case escavator, called ahead, had product waiting by counter by the time he got there, very helpful on phone, checkout and payment was quick. Customer service could not be better. ( and no complaints about the price) The whole experience was great.

Husband has the selection of three major auto stores in our town and he always goes to Napa. Doesn't care if it's a bit more cash but loves the way he's treated there compared to other places. They always take their time and treat him like a human being
