Technician Ralph Giles came to my house and Tabernacle. He was excellent. He took the time to explain everything we had questions about for my tractor. He was courteous and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and this Equipment. He had excellent customer service skills. I’m very thankful to Central Jersey. I will be a continued customer.

I recently bought a 4044 tractor with cab heat and air, i was very happy with the sales dept. and price of the machine everyone was very helpful. Now im ready to go back and purchase the backhoe for my machine hopefully i receive the same quality service and great price.

Just about 1 year ago I purchased a project tractor, and let me say what a project it was but thanks to Billy at central Jersey equipment in Hammonton, who handled my entire build. I was able to resurrect a forgotten about machine and give it a new life. Billy’s knowledge of machines old and new is remarkable, this machine was missing hundreds of pieces and billy was able to identify and source nearly all the parts needed to rebuild this machine with the only restriction being discontinued parts. Even when it came down to technical questions on how something was supposed to work or how some parts of the machine were supposed to be reassembled, the hand full of times he didn’t have answers for me, he never forgot about me and got me the info I needed through the service department. He really took the stress out of what would be a very stressful build. Thanks to billy I will definitely be a life long central jersey equipment customer.

Been nothing but satisfied with this company.. even when John Deere would not cover a simple part, they offered to give it to me for free... They answer every call, always call back when they have time if it's IMPORTANT.. Heck, they even have a text line!!!

Talk about going out of the way to please your customers...this dealer certainly did that. While looking at the new mowers, they quickly approached us and answered all our questions. They were patient and courteous. The salesman who's name is Paul did an exceptional job letting us test drive a mower and finally giving us all the benefits of the brand. We ended up purchasing our first John Deere, 636M. We are so happy with the results after one week of use. The machine makes our job faster and smoother. I'm looking forward to coming back and continue buying other equipments there just because of the customer experience.

I went in there looking for a lawn mower and Joselin informed me that they did not have much in stock but that she would help me find something. She went above and beyond and found a lawn mower that she had transferred from a different location. I had that machine delivered within a week, she is amazing and I plan on going back for parts and attachments. She made this experience great, I will mention it to all my friends! He was able to narrow down exactly what size machine I needed, and attachments for my specific needs. He went far out of his way to make sure I was extremely comfortable and understood everything! Aaron and Steve always have helped me out a ton. Steve knows heavy equipment to home owner equipment from top to bottom. Aaron is always helpful finding the right replacement part from mower blades to Skid steer tracks. Even helped me find a proprietary fine thread nut for my garden tractor this week. Keep it up guys. Today was my first time shopping at the Hammonton location. I was looking into a tractor, and WOW did Stephen give me an amazing lesson. Steve was extremely knowledgeable. The best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. Thank you again Stephen, we will absolutely be back!

Went to a few places with my husband to find new tires for the lawn tractor had no luck till we went into central Jersey and Aaron was there to help us. WOW what a great experience, very personable and knowledgeable. We will definitely be coming back for our tractor needs in the future.

I have been dealing with Central Jersey for a long time for work and personal, and I have to say it’s always a pleasure dealing with Billy in parts! No matter what problem I call him with he has always gone above and beyond to fix the issue as quick as possible! He knows the equipment very well so when trying to explain something over the phone it’s great knowing he understands without physically being there!
