I can't say enough about Vince and his team in service. They were always very up front about the warranty and repair process for my Sierra, and they stuck to the realistic turnaround time that was given for my repair. Vince went out of his way to see to it that I was taken care of even when GM itself had fallen short. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

To start, I dropped off overnight on the wrong fate (too early). I called to confirm they received my vehicle and I was advised of my mistake. I offered to pick my vehicle back up but they insisted they would work it in the days schedule. It was in for an intermediate steering shaft and an out of house alignment. They got it done by the end if the day and called me when it was finished. I love dealing with Arena gmc. The owners and staff are and have always been amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

While it took quite a while to finally get my truck, through no fault of the dealership (COVID), the actual buying process was the easiest, friendliest and most pressure free buying experience ever!

I brought my GMC Terrain there yesterday for service. It was still under warranty. They had the part and called today to say it was done (9 am). From when I called to see if they could fix it, to bringing the truck there, these folks went above and beyond what I would consider great service. Thanks and you earned a customer!

We have both leased and purchased vehicles from Arena's. Everyone there is so helpful and they always have time to address and solve any issues. They took time to explain everything in our new vehicle (because we're a little technologically impaired)
