I visited the Atlantic City outlet store today and it was another good experience. I witnessed an employee give a demanding customer the most kind, helpful, patient and friendly service I have seen in retail in a very long time and I asked her what her name is. She introduced herself as Janelle. She should be commended for handling this customer so gracefully.

There was a senior sales associate here (Bayunthun?) who was wonderfully helpful and warm! Made for a great shopping experience!

They always have something when I'm looking for something especially at the last minute. The prices are very good considering the economy these days. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The dress change follow season in store.

The sales woman kept saying “our largest size” & I have been self conscious about the weight I’ve gained. A good sales person would ask the size, not remind me I need a larger one. I’m under 170 but she made me feel like I needed an XL when I still fit into a small!

Use to be my favorite store . Use to love Lindsey! She left the company. Lady there tonight was polite but not helpful. So I walked out, after she walked away from me. Sad I use to spend a lot of money in this store.
