Food was simply delicious and the service was more than outstanding! Came for happy hour with the intent of trying almost everything on the happy hour menu (don't judge me 🤭 I couldn't choose from the enticing selection or ignore the great prices) and had the best lunch in a long while. My eyes were bigger than my stomach but I enjoyed oysters on the half shell, Oysters Rockefeller, mussels, and a beer that put me in the mind of something Belgian-style before I laid down my napkin. Everyone, especially my server, Julia (Thank You, Julia!) was friendly and attentive. Dock's was definitely the high point of my 2-day getaway. Looking forward to my next visit!

Finally had the opportunity to have dinner at this historic and legendary seafood restaurant and it did not disappoint. Having been to many seafood houses along the east coast, I am giving this one my highest rating. Sorry that it took me so long to get here, but since now I am living closer, I will be back as often as as I can. We had a 4:15 reservation and the first thing I noticed was the long line outside the door, I soon found out that these were people who were waiting to get the first seats at the bar for the fantastic Happy Hour, a great idea where their array of superior oysters can be found for less than half the price. We sat done for dinner and were immediately treated to superior, friendly and efficient service. We started with a dozen oysters going with the recommended Blue Points and Delaware’s, these were some of the best I have ever had, fresh, ice cold, juicy ,briny and incredibly flavorful. We went on to try the Manhattan Clam Chowder, served with fresh whole clams and a light tasty broth, a departure from standard and quite appealing. I had a blackened red fish in a Cajun stew with andouille, shrimps and okra, this was a spectacular dish made with some of the freshest and tastiest red fish that I have ever come across, hat’s off to the chef on this one!! We capped off this wonderful meal with their unbeatable bananas, caramel and creme pie. Bravo, bravo, bravo….

I am absolute trash at remembering people's names. I believe it was Jody and she was the best. Gave great suggestions and conversation. All around awesome time. First time here and will definitely be back.

The food was fresh and well prepared! There’s a reason why restaurants last 127 years. The service is good but they could use a few more bodies to make things smoother. Overall a great experience

Great food and service. I got there at 3:59pm and there was a very long line waiting to get in. Luckily I was by myself and found an empty seat at the bar.
There’s also a piano player. Everything was great

This is a trip down memory lane. Love the photos on the wall of the old days. Interior is welcoming with a fresh, beachy feel. Plenty of choices on the menu if you like fish and seafood. Started with the crab and corn chowder. Sweet flavor with plenty of crab. Everyone enjoyed their entrees especially the crispy wasabi tuna, the pecan crusted salmon, and the pan sauteed blackened snapper. Decent size portions at a reasonable price. The creme brulee was warm with a caramelized crust, and the house special, banana cream pie was a big hit. The wait staff were attentive but not intrusive. My dad had a walker, and the team took care of storing it during the meal. If you are interested in the happy hour specials served only at the bar, you need to be in line outside prior to 4pm to get a seat at the bar. Noise level was moderate. Able to have a conversation at the table. Highly recommend visiting Dock's when visiting Atlantic City.

Was in the mood for seafood, specifically oysters and dock's delivered. Restaurant is gorgeous inside and out, staff super friendly, great drinks and best of all fantastic seafood. I got my fill of oysters and so much more. I found this to be the best restaurant in ac. Highly recommend the scallop ceviche accompanied with a Cucumber martini. Highly recommend this restaurant. Oh and if you want to enjoy their oysters happy hour you better get there early.

The food was amazing. The best soft shell crabs I've ever had. The awareness of the waiter was surprisingly astonishing. The waiter notice my wife's uncomfortability and moved us to a better table where my wife felt more at ease. The atmosphere is very calm and inviting, I like the fact of having a basic conversation without speaking to loud. And as it was my wife's birthday weekend, she was given a cake with a candle. This cake tastes so good to her that we had to take another slice home. In all I have to give is restaurants six stars !

If you visit DOH be sure to have a reservation. It’s gets booked. We got there early and were literally seated four (4) minutes before our reservation. The staff were very friendly and the food was good.

We ordered the charbroiled oysters. They were not charbroiled. They should change the name (3 out of 5). The Maine clam chowder soup was different. It was very watery with about six clams with shells (3 out of 5). The blackened snapper with jambalaya was very watery, but the snapper was ok. It lacked that good blackened seasoning (3 out of 5). The lamb and lobster entree was very good (5 out of 5).

I really expected more, but it was ok. Hence the three stars. Shout out to Abraham. He was amazing. He was very attentive and checked on up frequently.

I'm glad we were in line 20min before they opened! As soon as the doors opened for happy hour, within 5 minutes the place was packed! Awesome deals for happy hour and tasty as well. Their drinks are pretty strong but delicious. Make sure to try their horseradish and of course their fresh oysters! Also try their 3 different chowders! The pianist was wonderful as was our servers. Go early if you want to visit this gem during happy hour!

Everything was top quality. The server and staff were attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. We ordered several small plates, including tuna poke, grilled octopus, mussels in tomato sauce, fried oysters, and banana cream pie. We came to celebrate our 15th year anniversary, and it did not disappoint.

Been wanting to come here for SO long and finally did. Food was excellent, we sat at the bar and the bartender was great. Ordered clams, smoked fish dip, crab au gratin and all of it was delicious. There's a reason this place is an A.C. institution. Highly recommend making a reservation if you're coming on the weekends, we were fortunate to snag the last 2 chairs at the upstairs bar because other than that the place was packed

We love this place! The food is excellent and reasonably priced. The tower is outstanding and a must when we visit. We tried the filet mignon, snapper, scallops, flounder, and we weren’t disappointed. Very nice atmosphere and it is obvious that they pay attention to detail. Great choice for a special night!

Everything here was perfect. Great food, atmosphere, service, and drinks. We sat in the dining room since the bar had Happy Hour and was completely filled.

We walked over from Caesars which was a very short walk so we didn't have to deal with parking.

The Manhattan Clam Chowder was awesome and highly recommended. The Pan Sauteed Blackened Red Snapper Jambalaya was equally awesome. Go! You won't be disappointed!

From impeccable food to amazing service - all was worth a solid 5 star review!!! Our server Shannon was so knowledgeable and welcoming, that coming back to seeing her alone would be worth another trip! But the food was another WOW factor here! Everything was super fresh and the portions were enormous! Highly recommended even by Anthony Bourdain!
