Over 10 years of going here, I’ve only had one bad experience, which was handled. I absolutely love this salon and after going to a different nail salon last week, I will drive an hour out of my way to come here for all my nail salon/ waxing needs. I moved, however I will be driving to come to this salon! Did I say I Love this salon!? lol Thank you!

I have been going here for years. Even when it was no longer convenient to where I live/ work, I ended up coming back because I couldn't find another place that I liked closer to home. Trudy has done my nails for years and is terrific! Highly recommend!

Very nice place. Very clean and organized. Making an appointment is easy and they listen to what you need instead of rushing you off the phone. I got a full set done after another nail place completely botched a gel manicure. They were really nice and Steve took his time to make sure everything looked great. I’ve been coming back ever since and I Always get tons of compliments on my nails

I usually have a good experience, I'm not a regular customer but when I do get my nails done, this is where I go. Today I went in for a gel polish change, it was confirmed multiple times that is was just a polish change. After changing hands between 3 different techs it must have gotten lost somewhere along the line because they did a full manicure and kept me in there for 1.5 hr, I was taken right back first thing after opening. So I was charged for a full manicure as opposed to a polish change. Secondly I told 2 different techs that were going back and forth between me I wanted to keep my length, only to shape up a little bit. The one tech understood and put the clippers down, but instead filed them down, and they are all uneven. Some are short, some are longer and some are down to the tips of my fingers! Overall they do look pretty (only I can notice the length discrepancy), but I am disappointed. Would probably go back though.

Not exactly what I expected. It looks like I had it done couple of days ago.

I came in for a dip manicure & I asked for a coral color. The staff assured me that the color they grabbed was the same as my choice… the tech grabbed a hot orange & said it would dry coral. When I said I didn’t like them he said “that’s the color you chose.” My nails are thick & messy & the color is incorrect. Their solution was to cover the color up with another. I said no, they’ll be too thick. And he said “we’ll file them” I asked if they would just do another set & he said “no it’ll take too long, this is the color you chose” I’m disappointed & out 50 dollars for terrible service & nails. 10/10 don’t recommend.
