very bad service at the door appears how open and is actually serrated you leave a message and never call you back

I am very disappointed with this company. I received a notice to file form 8692 and submit it to the IRS. That tax preparer failed to this when she filed my taxes. I understand people make mistakes. I believed that matter would be simple to resolve so long I followed instructions I received in the letter from the IRS. I called this company to ask for a date and time so that I could come to the office and have my tax return amended. I was met by an answering machine which states the office is open on the first and last Saturday of every month between 10am and 4pm, sorry for the inconvenience. Again, that is okay I understand especially during these times. So, I arrived at the office Saturday August 1st at about 10:24am and sure enough the office was not open. Lights were off and there was a closed sign on the door. This was very disappointing and brought back memories form last year when I had to hunt them down to obtain copies of my tax return. I left a voicemail asking them to please call back and I have yet to hear from them. I do not recommend this company and urge you to look elsewhere. While the ladies are generally friendly, it doesn’t not make up for their errors and lack of reliability and responsibility.

Dicen estar abiertos el primer y ultimo sábado del mes de 10:00 am a 4:00 pm y no es así yo llegue ala oficina a las 11:30 y están cerrados tienen un letrero de abierto afuera pero todas las luces están apagadas y no contestan el teléfono eso está muy mal de su parte👎👎👎
