Springfield Clinic Carpenter

I've been with my endocrinologist for years. I've never had any issues with them. I see Kevin Starkweather, he's a very caring person and seems to love his job. He treats me like family there. I feel very comfortable with him. Great atmosphere, great people all around. I'd recommend anyone to him.

Very Good experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The best doctor/patient experience I have had in a long long time! Krystal was very thorough and personable! I’m glad she will be helping me in the future and my son will be seeing her as well!

Dr was very good as explaining everything... definitely earning five stars. I wish to give her more!!! The lab was fantastic, too!!! Painless and friendly. Worth their weight in gold both of them.

Great visit with Michael Genin today going over my numbers, ordering sensor refills and med renewals. Easy in and out. Had labs drawn super quick and easy. Very satisfied with today's experience ☺

Dr Said has been my physician for approximately 10 years and I cannot say enough about his professionalism, bedside manner, and just all around general disposition! I have been released from his care now. I'm grateful that through his thorough care for my condition my symptoms now longer are an issue. I will forever be appreciative of his care and compassion.

Christina was welcoming and friendly while remaining professional. She welcomed my questions and answered them with clarity. I felt relaxed and confident in her abilities. I would recommend her to anyone seeking help in nephrology.

I first met Nick today and was extremely impressed with his knowledge and pleasant demeanor. Our questions were answered and his approach in treatment was a measured one as he wished to become familiar with me and my conditions. I couldn’t have asked for more from a doctor. He was more than patient with a couple of very old seniors.

It was great. Everybody was efficient. Great customer service. I did not have to wait very long even though the lobby was packed full. I was seeing taken care of. It was awesome.

I was in to see Krystal Wisnasky in endocrinology today and I couldn't have been anymore impressed with anyone as I was her. She was so very thorough and had such a wonderful personality! She answered all my questions and I am really excited for her to be my endocrinologist.

My appointment today was with Dr Genin. He is a very caring and compassionate person, making me to feel at ease to talk with him about my diabetic issues. It's been my experience that he evaluates and then discusses the options and possible treatment plan with me, giving me his best advice, but then let's me choose the path for me. And he always has a back-up plan in case the one I've chosen isn't working well.

First experience at this facility. Looked nice, comfortable waiting room. Staff was pleasant. Nicholas Fenwick and his nurse were very nice, he explained symptoms, labs, treatment options thoroughly.

Every problem and question we threw at her she answered extremely knowledgeable and compassionately. We left feeling very confident we could look forward to resolving some of his major health issues. This was my first visit as a patient at this facility. I was amazed at what this facility offers. It was busy but my wait time was brief. The staff including receptionists, nurse and lab technician were all pleasant. The doctor I saw was excellent. I did not feel rushed. I was relieved I could get lab work done right there after my appointment. The facility was clean and roomy.

I've been seeing Nicholas Fenwick for a while now. His attention, caring and kindness has never changed from first day I seen him.
The whole staff is professional and kind. I appreciate all of this team.
