I had never used a travel agent before. I've always booked my own trips. I was planning a trip to Mexico and wanted to stay at hotel Xcaret Arte. I was confused by the website and I had questions. I tried reaching out to the hotel for help but was getting different answers from different people. I reached out to Dave and he pointed me to Laura.

Laura is the best! She had contacts at the resort and was already able to answer some of my questions because of her prior experiences. Having Laura to be the contact person to the resort was helpful! We were able to schedule all of the things, including a private shuttle to the hotel! That was great! I hate waiting around an airport to get on a bus with 40 other people! We did not! It was super easy!

Laura even attempted to help me deal with American Airline nonsense making many phone calls on my behalf trying to get our flights properly booked. She really helped us out so much! Above and beyond! If you have ever been on hold with AA you know the patience involved.

I have know Dave for 20+ years, I don't think I've ever heard someone say anything negative about him. It does not cost extra money at all to use a travel agent! I think you're just making more money for the resorts/airlines by not using them! Take advantage of there in depth knowledge of your destinations. We were happy we did!

I don't even know where to start Heather and Mandy we're fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our trip magical. Truly cannot recommend their services enough.

Laura from D’Amico Travel has helped my family & I twice now with our travel to Mexico. Laura books everything for you & follows up with you about a week before you leave for your vacation to make sure you have everything you need. Literally all you have to do is pay the fee (which you can do in payments over time which is helpful) & just show up which is what a true vacation should be! Both times we had an easy, breezy check in and check out while traveling to & from the resort. Everything went smoothly thanks to this travel agency! We loved our experience at the El Dorado Royale Resort our first time so much, that we couldn’t wait to contact Laura again to assist us so we could go back. In planning all the intricate details for our special day Heather and her team were always a call or email away from saving the day. Their attention to detail and help didn’t just stop once the trip was over, they made sure to check in after and make sure everything went as planned and worked to correct anything that didn’t go as planned. Their team is amazing at what they do and their attention to detail makes the process seamless. Hiring the D’Amico team was the best decision we made for ourselves and our special day. We first reached out to D'Amico Travel for our honeymoon and that was the BEST decision I could have made. They helped us plan the most unforgettable vacation. It far exceeded our expectations (which were already really high).

It was such an easy experience. I emailed them our preferred vacation dates and location and Heather got back to us within the day recommending the most incredible resort on the island. We couldn't believe a resort THAT nice and accommodating was within our reach! We never would have found it without D'Amico. They also booked our flights and our transportation between the hotel and airport both ways, so all we really had to do was get ourselves to the airport. They took care of the rest.

Our honeymoon was the easiest vacation I've ever planned because I barely did anything and had the best time. We definitely plan on using D'Amico Travel for future vacations and highly recommend!
