Crescent Tire & Service

Today was my first time visiting Crescent tire and I will 1000% be back. I had my brakes replaced and a tire patch but I was on a super tight schedule with work plus two kids during spring break. Chrissy was so incredibly helpful, sweet and accommodating. Paul bent over backwards to fit me in ASAP even though they were extremely busy. I called a few other places previously and basically got “sorry, we’re booked all week”. He was so kind and inviting I was so pleasantly surprised. He drove me and my kids to my workplace nearby (and picked us up) because he saw I was having a hard time waiting with two young children and even helped us cross the street. He also gave them both hot wheels cars! I was truly blown away by how amazing the customer service was not only by Paul and Chrissy, but every employee I came in contact with. It truly is hard to find these days. I can see why they’ve been in business so long and why I hear so many people recommend them. They will have my business forever.

We are new to Hammonton and I didn't know where to take my car that was trustworthy. Based on a recommendation from someone local I chose to go to Crescent. I had the best experience at Crescent! Everyone was so kind. The work they did on my car was perfect! They were honest and affordable. I will be back!! Thank you! Thank you!

Great customer service and great mechanics. They will tell you exactly what's going on with your car and repair it in a timely manner. They really care for the customer and it shows

I am so happy that I decided to go to a local place like Crescent. They're pricing on tires was the best that I found after I had called 3 other places, comma and they said that they do free rotations which is a pretty big deal since a lot of dealerships charged just for that. The one lady there named Krissy was very helpful and very efficient and extremely nice. When I went in it had a Hometown family feeling to it but you never really find in a lot of shops. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you need any work done on your car. I will definitely be going back the next time I need anything done as well.

They are very knowledgeable. Pleasant employees and are honest, which is hard to come by these days.
I feel I need to edit my review. Still a 5 star rating for me, but for the years I've been with them, they are still amazing. Had a hiccup after a recent service, and they more than made up for it. The only place I will let service my car. Paul is the best!

Top notch mechanics and staff. The kind of auto service people are looking for at reasonable rates. Bear in mind that with the quality of service provided it's not a place where you can just drop in and have your vehicle serviced right away, they are in high demand and there is a waiting period so you just have to wait until it's your turn, but also know that you can be assured that the work will be done right the first time and they do give you options as to what you want done after they determine what is wrong and what's best for your vehicle. I highly recommend them.

The Crescenzo family has been taking care of my family for 70 years, my grandfather in the 1950’s would get tires from Crescent, I did business with Jimmy, and now Chrissy at the Egg Harbor Road, Hammonton location. They provide excellent automotive service at very fair prices. An excellent organization.

Just recently got new tires for my truck. They helped me pick out the right tires and made the process super easy! There is no other place to go for your automotive needs!

Brought my daughters jeep in for a check engine light and the ac was blowing hot air. They solved the faulty wiring trouble and got the ac blowing ice cold. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was all fixed by the afternoon. Very honest and super nice. Thank you so much for helping us get back on the road so fast. You guys are the best!

What an amazing , honest family owned business, been going there for many, many, years. It feels great to know you can trust them to have you and your vehicle in their best interest. I wont take my truck and car anywhere else. :)

I have been using Crescent for all my car maintenance, and tires for many years. The one thing you can count on is they will not try to sell you anything you don't need like brakes, tires, etc. Very professional, and honest.
