Great customer service! I showed up about 7 and they were closed, went back to my car and pharmacist was walking out, asked me if i needed meds picked up and he opened store back up and filled my script. Definitely will continue to go there. 5 stars!

Recently, moved to Hammonton, NJ! This pharmacy is a staple in this town & I couldn’t have found a better, more professional pharmacy! I had several prescriptions filled here. They were completed quickly & accurately! The staff was very welcoming & kind! It’s so close to my new home, I am able to walk here! I would much rather use a personal pharmacist then a commercial chain!

ALWAYS EXTREMELY HELPFUL , Very friendly staff finally they used to have a pharmacist who was really mean but he left & its PERFECT , only reason I gave4 stars is cuz 90% of their stock is over priced..

This place used to be great, family friendly, local but now it just seems to be getting worse. Every time I call (which is few, only when I have a question about my script) I am certain to be met with attitude and no help. Today was the icing on the cake. I called to see what the status is on my medication, as they don’t have it in stock and I want to keep supporting local rather than go to some other bigger company. And the person on the line was just cutting me off before I could even get my question out. Rude, but okay. Before I could ask another, they finished speaking and tried to hang up on me. Now I’m over it, there was no reason for the rudeness. I hate to sway other people from supporting local, but the customer service here has only gotten worse and worse year after year. At least at Walgreens I’ve been treated nicer, their hours are better, and they’ve only ever helped me explore other options to get the care and medication I need. It’s a shame.

I miss Nick....today the owner/manager was belligerent, screaming and trying to gaslight me about their return policy. Prior to today I had been using Bellevue for 44 years....Never again will I step foot in this place.

UPDATE: Interesting, this response sounds so civil. I do wish you would have responded via google the way that you responded on our telephone conversation yesterday. Since you were on speaker, multiple people heard your screaming and belligerence. Those people were here helping me after my hip replacement popped out, which is why I needed the special toilet seat in the first place and which I told you when we got on the phone in the first place. You wanted me to return an item I paid $80 for but only give me $40 back? As I said on the phone, the receipt clearly states the items that are non refundable and this item is not included. Also, your cashier never said that the sale was final. This behavior is not the way to retain customers. Because it's not just me who will no longer come to your store, it is all of my family as well. You should think about those things before talking the customers the way you talked to me yesterday.
