Going out of business sale. Everything was 10% off very little was 30% off as of 9/19. Still worth a visit though!

I want to thank the employees of the store for their high level of customer service. The employees were in the process of relocating items for the fall product changeover. When I asked one employee if she could help me find an item, she immediately stopped what she was doing and was more than helpful, walking me around, showing me the different products I was looking for. As I was leaving, I noticed a hammock on display, and it was in the clearance section but the price tag had been misplaced. She tried every which way possible to get me the answer of what the price was on the hammock, and she didn't stop until she found the price. That kind of effort and customer service you would never get at The Big box store in town. She did an amazing job!

Great people and service! To a city slicker like me, lots of interesting items, that I've not seen before, that may prove to be useful. Like I picked up a sturdy 10 gallon animal feed bucket with a secure lid for under $15. This saved me over $20 from buying a similar Rubbermaid 10 gallon bucket with lid. Going to use bucket to hold water for passive, gravity irrigation system.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Took me directly where I needed to go and helped me select options when they didn't have exactly what I wanted.

I had questions about inventory. Fast answers, great advice.

Usually have a wide varietly of items to chose from. When a specific item is out of stock, workers are easy to approach and ask, and are always willing to politley lend a helping hand when needed.
My go to store when i need feed or medicine for my stock.

Orscheln is like a Country Home Depot...it has everything you need for most of your needs...the customer service is awesome..they go above and beyond...I haven't been in a warehouse type store since I moved to Missouri....I found a GR8 alternative to the bigger stores!

Their staff is super helpful and friendly. Have everything I need for pet care and it's easy to exchange my propane tanks.

I have rabbit dogs(beagles) and I've tried lots of high end brand dog feed. The country lane high protien dog food the orschelns sells is a good quality feed for a very good price!

Friendly customer service and good prices. So much nicer than the other rural options in the area
