Fairfield Inn by Marriott Joplin

Loved the room, and the breakfast was amazing! The lady working the coffee 11/4/2023 was fast and on top of it!

Everything as expected! Great food within walking distance, clean room, friendly staff, would return if in the area

One of the best hotels we have stayed in because the front desk person named Sheila she went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful to her.

We always stay at the Fairfield in Joplin as they have all the amenities, a great breakfast and Superb Customer Service! Tanya, the General Manager is a very professional and caring person. The pride she takes in her job is clearly evident! Not only that, ALL her Staff was absolutely Superb! Everyone followed a Team Concept” and worked together extremely well. My wife and I did NOT observe one “frown” from any of the staff during our stay. All the staff would greet everyone in a professional and polite manner! All smiles and all the staff “hustled” to take care of the customers needs. We’ve been to other motels in this area but NONE can compare to this facility and the Staff. That is why we return. PS: I am am a highly experienced Food and Customer Service Critic, having been trained in two culinary schools and have received numerous awards for superb customer service training. I’ve also managed restaurants and fast food establishments and had my own successful catering business. I am now retired.

Room and bathroom we're wonderful. Only complaint I could come up with is no hot tub. Other than that, perfect stay. Staff was extremely helpful and kind as well. Better than most hotels I've been to!

I am impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very nice and clean. They have a complimentary breakfast which includes eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, cereal, juice, milk, and coffee. The indoor pool is very nice and they have a small market for anything you may have forgotten. I plan to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

We came in with no reservation, got a great room, and the hotel is in a good location. Texas Longhorn Stake house on one side and Red Lobster two business down on the other. Very comfortable bed, clean room, great shower. Also had a good complimentary breakfast.

Large choice at breakfast which included cereal, fresh fruit ,eggs,meat, oatmeal bar, waffles and more. Several types of coffee and Tea, orange and apple juice, milk, yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Nice, small,centrally located indoor pool.
Staff was polite and helpful.

I've stayed at dozens of various Hotels across the Midwest for my work multiple times a week and feel very confident in saying this may easily be the best place to stay in Joplin for the money!!! Literally the #1 staff out of 722 Fairfield Inns in the COUNTRY for A REASON!!! Fantastically hardworking and SUPER friendly staff. Newer, well-designed clean rooms. Reasonable rates for the all the amenities. My favorites- microwave and refrigerator, power plug-ins built into the lamps at your bedside -like it should be : ^D
-indoor swimming pool, dry cleaning, what more could you ask for!!?!!

Nice, quiet hotel. Saturday night before Christmas. Breakfast was awesome and hardly anyone was there. Friendly staff, comfy beds. Clean. Right next door to first watch.

After a long night of driving, Me and my father were greeted with such warm and wonderful embrace from the front desk as we walked in. Of course arriving very early in the morning we knew that check in times were later on in the day then in the morning. Never the less we asked if possible if we may check in earlier for we were tired and needed rest. The front desk service, Shannon was very attentive to us as we walked in and even ask for us to sit down and have breakfeast, noticing we were tired and hungry, while she worked diligently to find us a room. She by far has been the nicest and best front desk experience me and my father have ever met. Not to mention she even found us a bigger room with two beds even though we were fine with one. The room was nice and comfy with a beautiful bathroom, one that you can acutally walk around in unlike other hotels. I have to admit the beds here are like clouds once you lay and sleep in them you wouldn't want to leave! All of this was had been made possible because of Shannon and we are very appreciative for her service, this hotel definifely has one hell of an assest here. If none of this doesn't say customer service I don't know what is, this hotel me and father would definitely recommend to book if you are ever in the Joplin area of Missiouri.

We stayed at this place during the 2018 Vietnamese Marian Days and the staff, including the Manager was super nice. We might just stay here again next time we participate in the pilgrimage, if one can call it at that... Thank you Fairfield Inn staff. You made us and the experience that much more memorable.

Outstanding personal service from Alicia at the front desk. Room was perfect. Spotless. But Alicia made the stay special. She has a gift. And you don’t see that often enough in these Covid days. Bless that woman. My wife only wants to stay there from now on when traveling. And it was a “carbon copy” of Alicia’s service during her stay there back in June.
Alicia, I hope you see these reviews I’ve posted here and on Marriott’s website. They should have you train people all over the Marriott world. Nuff said!

Best Hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff are very happy and friendly. I had some special requirements and they were very accommodating. I will now only stay at Fairfield INN By Marroitt.
