First Watch

First of all, when you walk in, you’re greeted by really friendly people. The restaurant is open and spacious and very, very clean! As for the food, well, this is how breakfast is done. Generous portions of what I like to call real food. It’s fresh and flavorful and you will not be disappointed. I had the million dollar bacon and a ham and Gruyère omelette. It was prepared exactly how I asked… First Watch is a strong recommend!

My favorite place for breakfast. I'm actually eating at one in Tennessee as I write the review about this one in Joplin. The food is always amazing and the staff is always friendly. We love eating at First Watch.

Anytime we travel we look for First Watch restaurants. Absolutely always top shelf service, food, and atmosphere! We have ate at locations in several states and always a 5 star rating. Tons of healthy choices and the flavors are right on the mark. See you next time.

I can't believe I haven't been here before! Not 1 complaint. My food was delicious and beautiful! It was very hard to choose just one thing off the menu. My new favorite restaurant!! I had the purple haze drink and the million dollar harvest hash. My husband had the barbacoa quasadilla bendict. We shared the cinnamon spicechurros. No leftovers!

They were so kind! There pancakes are AWSOME! Would recommend.

First rate breakfast with outstanding service. The Market Hash was fantastic with the herbed goat cheese. There was a slight mistake on my husband's plate, but it was rectified so quickly that there was no delay in eating. Definitely recommend!

First time at this dining facility, upon entering greeted by upbeat staff, very friendly, seated almost immediately, waiter was attentive and helpful. Once food was ordered it seemed like it didn't take long to get, will definitely return if back in the area.

One of the few restaurants I've been to in the US built to allow you to enjoy outdoor views, the large windows come close to creating a charming al fresco experience. The food was fantastic, particularly the avo on toast, with a good selection for vegans. 😋

Food is excellent and so is the service! The coffee is not my favorite, but the creamer selection is terrific! Our server was very attentive and patient with us while trying to decide what to order as we had never eaten here before. We ordered French toast, Superfoods bowl, million dollar bacon, avocado toast and a Blue booster juice. Super yummy food. We will be back.
Moved back to the area and had brunch there today. Food is delicious, coffee is terrible so stick with the juices or water.

Always a good experience here. The watermelon sunrise is delicious. The chicken apple sausage was phenomenal and the waffle is lovely as well. All the food was delicious.

This was our first time here, and we absolutely loved it! The food is phenomenal and not overly priced. Our waitress, Tarah, was fantastic and gave suggestions of items to try. She was very helpful and always made sure we had what we needed! We will definitely be coming back; they have us as customers for life! The atmosphere is great, the staff are friendly, and the restaurant is very clean.

First watch is our first choice when traveling! Wish we had one closer to home… delicious, fresh food with a farm to table feel. Always superior service.

I love that you can tell the ingredients are always so fresh at First Watch. I also love that they have such a great diverse menu. Whether you are trying to eat healthy or have specific dietary needs, First Watch has you covered. And all of it is amazing! This location cooked everything to perfection. I wish I had taken pictures of the food, but we were starving and got to eating to fast! Both my grandkids LOVED the chocolate chip pancakes! The food also came out super fast!

Finally, Cassie was our server, and she was helpful and friendly! Typically, FW usually has great service, so I was happy that the Joplin location was no exception. This is a great brunch place, and I am so glad that Joplin has a First Watch.

Atmosphere clean with lots of natural light.
Fresh: juice, avocado toast, delicious greens with lemon squeezed on it as a side.
Items such as smoked salmon, candied bacon, warm grain bowls. Very delicious chicken carnitas burrito!

The bathrooms are clean and tiny enough here.
I also appreciate the open kitchen style. You can see the kitchen is clean and clamoring to get orders out.

I’m not saying you’ll get your food fast. This place is extremely busy and often has a wait, but they’re working hard at it. I’ve never had a concerning wait either.

Great food as always. Fresh choices, and great flavors. The parm skillet was awesome. Great flavors. Lived the sausage. My wife had the lemon ricotta pancakes, which were also great and didn't need syrup. My son loved his chocolate chip pancakes and fruit bowl. My daughter had a club sandwich with soup.

Wow truly a hidden gem. If you are a breakfast or lunch fan this is an absolute must visit. Today I'm having the crab cake Benedict with sauteed spinach and fresh greens. Along with a blueberry pancake and million dollar bacon. I travel often I love good food. The service is fantastic the food quality is among the best I've had anywhere in the country.

My mom and I went there for the first time today and it was really good. We really liked the million dollar bacon and scrambled eggs. The turkey sausage gravy was really good on my biscuit.

I really enjoyed my visit here as someone who can't have wheat. You can choose to swap any bread item with gluten free bread with no extra charge and they have hot tea with honey which is hard to find at alot of places us you can get pure maple syrup instead of the pancake syrup. Great place to eat when trying to make healthier food choices while eating out.

Really awesome. Leans towards "healthy" eating. Had Carnitas Burrito!!!!, a superfood chia seed pudding something or nuther( wife didn't like at all) Wasn't bad.....just a matter of taste. Holy Donuts!!! Carrot crush drink AND Lemon Ricotta Pancakes!!!! I'm full. This place is a two thumbs up!! So is Leandra!
