They definitely lost out on a few thousand dollars by not allowing me to bring in our 2 children in a cart while im 6 months pregnant. We have to replace all of our livingroom furniture and furnish 3 bedroms and had lots of money to spend in here, but now we will be going elsewhere. Thanks rude lady at the front

These people promised delivery to my home a week and two days post ordering our new mattresses. We paid in full in the store. Come delivery day I call to check and make sure all is as scheduled, and they tell me not only has my mattress not arrived but it's not set to arrive for another MONTH! So here I am expecting a delivery, out over a grand, no place to sleep... and nobody even thinks to call and tell me the delivery won't be as scheduled! By this time I'm pretty livid. I request a refund in full of my purchase and the delivery fee I paid ahead of time and the lady on the phone HANGS UP ON ME!!! She then calls back to give me some corporate number to call on Monday to request a refund. I can only assume how that's going to go taking into account the professionalism that I dealt with today! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!
