Had a great experience at Plaza Tire Service Festus location to get 4 brand new tires. The selection process was smooth and easy with the guidance of Charles! The appointment itself was around an hour and at a great price for the high-quality tire and service I received today. Will definitely be a returning customer!

i’ve dealt with a lot of tire shops in town. I have to say Plaza Tire these guys are more forthright and fair than anybody I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve sold 1200 cars and seven years so you can say that I have absolutely tried a lot of different places. The guys here are always concerned about being fair to you and making it work for them it has to work for everybody. It doesn’t work.

I had new tires ordered and replaced with the inspections done fast. They ordered my tires and told me they would be there when they said they would another thing I think was great. Before I tried to get tires order and twice they weren’t ordered so I was very happy. The service is excellent. I just can’t say anything bad about them. Thank you Plaza Tire in Festus.

Amazing service! They have a very friendly and helpful staff. We were on a road trip and had an issue with one of our tires. They got us fixed up and back on the road in no time!

I have been coming to this place for years on my 2016 Ford C-Max, and my baby has over 180,000 miles on her, and runs like a champ! They will be sure to give you the service your car needs, and yet are very mindful of your pocketbook. They have awesome personalities and great customer service. After a misunderstanding regarding an alignment, the manager, Rick, offered to comp. my bill to make things right. He remained very calm and professional throughout the process and really impressed me with his customer service. Great job!

The manager Rick is always great to work with. His recommendations are spot on and if a problem occurs he's quick to resolve it. He goes above and beyond what typical tire store and general store managers usually do.

Brought my ATV tires in yesterday to be swaped. They were done very quickly. Charles got me taken care of love The staff. There will definitely be going back.

Charles was nothing short of amazing!!!
He helped me right when I walked in and had my tires fixed and ready to roll immediately after tow truck got there. (Not to mention it was less than an hour before closing). Highly impressed!! Thank you for making a stressful situation into a very pleasant experience. I will be returning! :)

Our car broke down 90 miles from where we live in Southern Illinois on our way to Bentonville Arkansas to say goodbye to my dying sister. We had our car towed to Plaza Tire in nearby Festus Missouri.The rent a car place in Festus didn’t have a rental until later in the afternoon. These guys called around and found us a rental car in Arnold Missouri and we were able to be on our way. My sister passed later that night. I’m so thankful to these guys for helping us be on our way. I haven’t even mentioned that they fixed our car while we were in Arkansas and we picked it up a few days later as good as new. I would definitely recommend Plaza Tire in Festus. They went out of their way to help us in a most difficult time in my life. God bless you guys.

Though it was late and almost time to call it a day, the desk attendant was very welcoming amd friendly.
The staff were keeping busy and those still working on vehicles were diligently finishing their jobs.
My truck was taken in quickly, and the flat was fixed perfectly!

Had a balance problem with my tires from a different tire shop.
when I got to Plaza tire They traded me with Great customer service, And the shop people were fantastic and they took care of the problem I had with the tires!!!!!!
Me myself and I will not go any other place except Plaza tire for my vehicle needs!!!!

Plaza tire did a great job on replacing my brakes and all needed parts. My brakes and everything connected were rusted and barely hanging on. I am back on the road and very happy with the work. Highly recommended and great mechanics.

Nice place. I was traveling through and had an emergency problem. They had me over a barrel, but they recommended a solution that cost me less than the solution I was thinking of. That's putting the customer first!
