I immediately took my daughter to Kathi J. Matthes, DDS, PC - here in Lee’s Summit...after Spencer & Spencer turned our walk-in of urgency away due to being fully booked, and lacking compassion for her issue.
I shared with the two receptionist there...what my daughter had been dealing with over the weekend- the same story I shared with Spencer & Spencer. -a painful wiggley tooth that was ready to come out...but didn’t! Their kindness and concern was immediately apparent!
They asked if they could take a look right there at the counter...to get a better assessment of what I was talking about. They immediately had seen the issue.
My daughter was in their dentist’s chair within 5 minutes! Doctor Matthes was seeing my child, and extracted the tooth WITHIN the following 5 minutes!
My daughter lit up with a smile; she didn’t even feel the removal.
That less-than-10-minutes trip meant so much to my daughter!
Doctor Matthes and her staff were EXCELLENT!
I’m bringing her back for future care, and follow ups!
