Nice place to wonder around and see all the things you’d like to spend money on like a new bow, fishing rig, etc…. They even have some mallards swimming around their pool. Clean place, polite staff - thank you!

This place is amazing. I'm not sure where to start. The aquarium and the stream with multiple species of fish. Yes, even live ducks, too. It has 2 levels of amazing views and products. If you're ever around here. Make it a stop. I would definitely stop if I'm back around there. Prolly one of if not the best Bass pro store I've been to.

I have been visiting this Bass Pro since I was a child. I have many memories here and I'm glad I get to make memories with my children here too! My son and I visited the other day and he loves to see the animals. The store is always clean and well organized and the animals are obviously well taken care of! I just wish the restaurant was still open. The food was great and again, great memories there! Hopefully it comes back in the future!

Just fun to shop and look around! Wonderful clothing selections, but, lucky to find your size because clothing sells so quickly! They have the latest and greatest in clothing and accessories! Camping gear, guns and ammo, fishing equipment, BBQ, toys, sunglasses, ATVs, UTVs, the list goes on and on! They've got it all under one roof! The live trout living in the running brook is just gorgeous and calming to watch! Kids go crazy over the surroundings! There's not too many places that beat this place for a family day! Enjoy the shopping with a bag of peanuts and the friendliness of the employees! The young lady seĺling sunglasses is absolutely 100% amazing and helpful with answers to each and every question! Wonderful!

This is by far the best Bass Pro in the KC area! It's freaking huge, & with a great selection of clothing, home goods, & outdoor equipment! The place just looks amazing! Tons of detail & the stall is always really cool! Besides the Springfield location. This one is 2nd best in Missouri !

This store in Independence MO is pretty cool, you come in and have the hunting on the main level, then go downstairs to the fishing and camping, the aquarium and ponds with live ducks are there too. Love this one!! Oh and the fishing 🎣 stuff is good too!!

The family had a great visit. The children enjoys getting a new Bass Pro hats and t shirts. And they enjoyed the target shooting area.

I broke my Oneida eagle bow fishing bow yesterday morning and was going again today. I went to cabelas/ bass pro shop in Kansas City Kansas and they were jokes. Didn’t know nothing about bows. They told me bass pro won’t be able to fix it. I called out to the independence bass pro and Joshua in archery answered and told me to bring it in. He knows his stuff, was respectful, took his time and had the best service out of anyone I’ve met in a retail store, he fixed my bow now it shoots like brand new and he wasn’t gonna let me leave without trying everything he could possibly think of. Thanks to him I’m able to go shoot some fish today we need more like him around I will take my bow here first before anywhere now great experience at this location.

Bought a Compound Bow today 6/09/24. I believe his name was Jason who helped me out today. He was great provided me with all information I needed to buy my first bow, got me sized and even gave me some beginner tips and just good conversation I really appreciated. Thank you again for your help my dude

I always have fun shopping around especially fishing department. Really like to look at and hope to have a Bass Boat soon. The whole place great look around.

Great place to buy hunting and fishing supplies. Also have a great selection of shoes and clothing Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend anyone to go there to get their supplies. Huge place with all kinds of wild animals

We stop at every bass pro in whatever city we are in. This is a must see! Looks small from the front but once you get in you see the massiveness! 2 floors and a ton of water features. The fall colors coming from outside the floor to ceiling windows in the back are beautiful.

Better than a museum or fun park. You'll never find what you are looking for so be sure to ask for help. You'll walk out with cool stuff you never knew about going in.

One of the best places ever been too. The customer service is A+. I recommend friends and family go check Bass Pro out. You won't be disappointed 😁💓💯

So much product under one roof. It is like the Disneyland of sporting goods. Traveled an extra hour just to see the place and loved it.

Jim who was at the range counter, deserves a raise. He was nice, kind and very helpful. Very attentive and knowledgeable with his service. Great store over all!

People where really sweet and nice. Even greeted us, asked if we needed help. And then also told us to have a nice night and be safe. It was also very clean.

Called in to purchase a boat as I was driving in from Nebraska, spoke with the sales guy as I was going to arrive about 20 minutes before closing. Told him what I wanted. He took it upon himself to check inventory, then when I arrived he already has all the paperwork ready to go just had to full in my name and basic info. He had the DMV paper work completed and everything ready literally took me like 3 minutes to be ready to go. He even met me (mind you with out knowing me or seeing me before) caught me walking in and said you you the guy buying the boat you look like your in a hurry, I got all your stuff ready. That was awesome. Paid for the boat then pulled my escalade around back and had me hooked up in minutes. In, paper work done, paid, out and hooked up in less than 15 min and completed before they closed. That's service you don't see every day. Great job and great shopping. Heading down to dogwood canyon next. Also side note: the bass pro at the landing in branson is also great staffing and helpful.
