I so enjoyed working with Katy -- still would be if my insurance hadn't changed! She was phenomenal throughout my pregnancy, helping with my pain directly IN each appointment, helping make adjustments, and then empowering/ teaching me how to continue that at home. My pregnancy was truly more pleasant because of Katy. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, competent, and responsive PT who cares.

Katy is phenomenal. She is so educated and I would consider an expert in the field of pelvic floor PT. I’ve talked to many other women who’ve been to pelvic floor PT’s, and none of them have had as thorough an experience as I’ve had with Katy. I had major improvements and noticed a drastic difference in my pelvic floor issues after just my first visit. Katy is not only an exceptional pelvic floor PT, she is an incredible person. She makes visits so comfortable and laid back. She’s the easiest person to talk to. And so informative on many levels. I cannot recommend Perfect Pelvis and Katy Rush enough! As a massage therapist, I often refer many of my clients to her that have low back pain or other pelvic floor related symptoms. I am so glad that I found Katy and Perfect Pelvis! She has changed my life for the better!

Katy changed my life! She immediately made me feel safe, heard, and cared for. I started going to The Perfect Pelvis around 10 months postpartum. I had to have a c-section and I get Keloid scars (If you know, you know). I had a lot of pain and discomfort in my lower back, my scar, and other troubles. Within just a couple months it was almost gone. I am so thankful that I made the decision to seek her help when I did. A lot of women told me it was just normal to have back pain and leak urine after having a baby but it isn’t and Katy helped me get back to a place I was before. We also had the most amazing conversations for the hour visits, I never felt rushed or judge and that isn’t always easy to find nowadays. I look forward to my appointments with her and will continue to see her for any of my physical therapy needs.

Katy at the perfect pelvis is very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. She is thorough and works hard to make sure she gets to the root cause of your muscle pain. If you are having pelvic floor issues or abdominal separation, she is going to be able to help you with whatever issues you're having. She gives stretching regimens and strengthening exercises as well as massage to improve overall body function. You will be so glad you reached out to work towards healing!

I was treated by Katy for several weeks and she was excellent. She was friendly, kind, gentle and very informative. Even though my insurance didn't cover her services because she was considered out of network, I made the decision to utilize her because I felt she was the best. Katie is nothing short of a magician. I had a consult with her and she was able to give me answers and exercises that I had been running in circles trying to get from other providers. She is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and explained everything in detail during my appointment. I’m hoping to continue my sessions with her asap. Also, Laura at the front desk is equally amazing. The individualized care I received from Katy was outstanding. The first thing out of my mouth when anyone asks about my pelvic floor & core recovery, I always tell people how katy gave me my life back!! I also have a history of trauma with pelvic care from medical professionals. Katy never did anything or suggested anything that I was not ok with, and always took extra care to be sensitive during those visits. She is a treasure to the pelvic health community!!

Katy is one of the best therapists and so a personality accompanied with the therapy is phenomenal with healing. Every time I left the office, I always felt so much better than when I arrived. She is so gentle, loving, patient, caring and thorough. She motivates you to go beyond your expectations. She explains everything and makes sure that you understand the process. She fights exercise assignments for home and makes yourself available to answer questions. She takes care of you like you are a part of her family and provides follow-up calls to check on you and see if you need her assistance. To let you know that she is there for you and will help you get better. To celebrate your progress with you and will adjust your treatments to suit your needs. My results from her treatments were nothing shy of amazing! And in a very short time. I started off using a walker when I first started coming to her. Within a couple of visits I no longer needed my walker and I had been needing it for 2 years because I couldn't walk without it without it. I was without therapy for two years due to Covid beginning right after my surgery. And so my body didn't heal properly. I haven't required my walker since treatment with Katy and Kristen. I am forever grateful and I can walk without assistance.

The patient care top notch. As a fitness professional and a PTA, I had a small idea of what to expect from pelvic floor therapy. I was treated with dignity and respect in situations that could be awkward. The therapist had the utmost professional standards. I wish that pelvic floor therapy was standard postnatal care. I am almost 30 years post last childbirth and was not expecting to have problems now. The therapist that treated me guided me to make decisions. Help locate other needed healthcare providers. Benefits of pelvic floor therapy are so further reaching than women are made aware of. It needs to become a standard of care

I worked with Katy back in 2020 to handle some pelvic floor challenges since having my last baby in 2016. Katy was so kind and patient. She explained everything and answered any questions I had. I didn't feel rushed, which was something I had dealt with in the past with other pelvic floor pts. I refer to Katy at Perfect Pelvis anytime I come across someone else needing pelvic floor work.

Katy is phenomenal! Laura is the sweetest person and is also on top of things. She is absolutely incredible, so kind, and it is so nice that they take care of the insurance specifications. Katy has reduced my pain significantly compared to other places that I have gone. She is so positive and knowledgeable, the best Physical Therapist in my opinion! I completed 3 months of pelvic floor PT with The Perfect Pelvis. It was 3 years after my child was born and I was still having pelvic floor issues. With the therapy visits and home exercises my problems were quickly resolved. I have recommended The Perfect Pelvis to several friends and family members.
