I messed with a door knob at home, and the lock completely fell apart (the entire cylinder, pins, springs, everything were all over my floor). I dropped into the Lock Doctor with my tail tucked, embarrassed for embarking on a DIY task that totally bombed. Not only did they have my lock fixed, keyed to match, and oriented properly to match my deadbolt (which is what I had previously attempted) it was inexpensive and they didn't make fun of the mess I'd made! :) Very friendly and quick. I would definitely do business with them again (although hopefully not needed) and would recommend their services to anyone.

I want to give a big shoutout to Ryan and Judah at the Lock Doctor for helping me with a new set of keys for my camper. We unfortunately arrived right as they we’re closing for the night but these guys stayed and helped us anyway. It’s rare to find such great customer service nowadays. There was no standard key to easily duplicate the one needed for my camper. Ryan kept working at it until he was able to find a solution. Many thanks to you guys! You will have all my locksmith business forever.

Provided fast and friendly service on a walk in basis cutting 4 Honda Accord sidewinder keys under 20 minutes for $20/ea. Programming may be extra, didn't ask as I have a XTOOL D9 at the home shop for that. These were my own supplied blanks, Ace Hardware in S. Lees Summit wouldn't do it since I was supplying my own. But they did recommend this place.

Went to 2 other places before coming here. Walmart made the key and it didn't fit. Another place told me upfront they couldnt do it and referred me to Lock Doctor. Fast, friendly service and 5 star quality- key worked perfectly! Now I know to go here first everytime! Save your time & money and use Lock Doctor.

Lost the keys to our car roof box. They were able to pick it and get the code. 2 new keys made, trip saved.

I didn't catch his name, but the young man working the counter removed the lock, and made a key for my almost 40 year old truck that other locksmiths I went to wouldn't touch. Charged a very reasonable price too. Job well done sir.

Great experience and would definitely recommend! Worked in the next day for installation of dead bolt and even offered to come the same day. They were on time, professional and great quality of work.

They were incredibly helpful and were very transparent on price before coming out. The tech was wonderful, and it was so quick between my phone call and them unlocking my car. Additionally, they educated me about my particular type of car key (which will prevent me from having this happen again).

Very fast and responsive. I bought aftermarket fobs for my Honda Pilot on Amazon, and they had no trouble cutting and programming both of them for me for a very reasonable price! Much cheaper than a dealer and the people were super-friendly.

I was fully prepared to buy a new fob and pay to have it programmed for our old Acura. Judah invited me to come to the shop with my old fobs to see if he could get them working. I had changed batteries with no luck so I assumed they were done for. Ten minutes after I got there, he had them both working and out the door paying only $12. This place is wonderful.
