Mr. Electric of Lee's Summit

We had an amazing experience with our technician Troy who came to change out and install a new circuit breaker box and switches. He was professional, on time, fast, and very efficient. (Sharing the before pictures showing how we had only about 20 switches to the after, and brand new bigger box with 30 switches.) Troy totally rewired everything and cleaned up the mess we previously had and the cost was reasonable.

There was some electrical work needed to be done secondary to an issue caused be weather. This required some updating to a house that is over 100 years old that belongs to my mother who is 98 years old. Needless to say we were not able to do an entire rewire of this home no did we wish to knowing the house itself was not worth the cost. We did however wasn’t to do the required work to make it as safe as possible for the duration of my mother’s life in this house. James was the main electrician I dealt with but the other young man with him was very kind and helpful as well,
James did everything in his power to keep the repairs to the minimum required for safety and yet ensure my mother had everything she needed. He was very helpful and polite. The work they did was done quickly and efficiently and there was no mess left for me to clean up. I would not hesitate to refer anyone asking to this company.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Electric. They were prompt and knew what they were doing. I’m looking forward to asking them to do more items on my home electrical work list.

Javier was great! He was knowledgeable and friendly. I had a color changeable panel light that required a surface mount kit to be installed. He said right away that he had not installed a panel with a surface mount before. He looked at instructions briefly and installed it without a problem. Javier also worked with me to decide which light color and brightness I wanted before securing the panel light. He installed a ceiling fan and another light fixture, as well as some smoke detectors. I am very pleased with the work. I feel like the cost for the work was more than it should have been. However, I didn't get any other estimates to compare so maybe it was in line with industry costs. Their flat rate is per job, not hour. Javier showed me the cost breakout at the beginning so there were no surprises.

James was professional and explained the details of the work. Work was done in excellence with respect for home.
