So organized I am never disappointed in the inventory! I always leave with bags full of great items! The employees Alex and Katelynn are extremely polite and professional! Would recommend to others!! 10/10 stars!!

Name brand clothes for discount prices. Love having this option to shop for myself and my kids.

Went in during a weekday mid day. They were not super busy but there were several other people in the store. Brought my clothes in and was told my wait time and then waited in the store. Its a bigger store that was kept super clean. Very impressed. Got my payout within the amount of time I was originally told and walked out with cash!

My favorite for accessories and cute shoes, if you have time to search new clothes n shoes with tags on them for half the price. This is my favorite PC in my hometown. Always organized and staff extremely helpful and friendly.

Came in with a filled bag of stuff and they were so nice to me through the buying process and bought about half of my stuff. I was offered $65 which is great and overall they were so nice to me and made the whole process a great experience. I definitely want to sell here again! :)

This store is a great place to make some cash on clothes that you’re ready to pass along. Staff was friendly and made the process easy. Money they paid me was fair. Nice to have a place to sell my used clothing. Shopped while I waited and found some deals on name brands. Would def recommend and will return.

Plato’s Closet in Lee’s Summit is a fun and budget friendly must shop location. I have been shopping here since I was in my early 20’s. I am now in my 40’s and have a new appreciation for this store now that my teenagers can shop with me and stretch their clothing budgets too. We usually find exactly what we are looking for or better for a fraction of what we would pay new. They have a huge variety for guys and ladies. Note: This is a consignment resale store. They do buy your gently used name brand items and then resale them.

They buy used clothing. They do not buy as many Senior clothes as I would like, but they took the uncomfortable clothes off my hands. You know the clothes you get from the youths or young adults. ✌

I have been in this platos closet MANY times. The employees are always super nice and super helpful. it irritates me when people bring stuff in expecting a lot of money for USED items. but anytime I have gone in to sell I think what they give is reasonable! (I've worked in resale before. I know how it goes). this is by far my favorite store and I feel like I'm a valued customer when I'm in the store! they also have great deals on clothes, shoes & purses. :)

Just wanted to share my experience with this place and its great the staff is really friendly and the owner is a really hard worker every time i come and shop there she's working and helping her workers which is awsome. Prices a very reasonable compared to other plato's closets i've visted and shopped such as the one in overland park,the columbia one, the plato's closet in springfield and the plato's closet in kansas city mo. so i really am thankful to go shopping at a clothing store where prices are very well affordable. I encourage people to come at that store and give them a try. this store def dont deserve a 3.5 star rating to me its a 5 star all day long.

This is the best place to buy secondhand clothing for teens/young adults. Inclusive sizing and a variety of styles. I always find great stuff there, name brand items, a lot of it with original tags! I love coming here for all of my work clothes since I have to dress business professional. Much more affordable than your regular department stores.

Best Plato’s Closet I’ve ever been to. Heard there’s a new owner and new staff too. I have definitely seen a bigger and better impact since the recent changes. There’s also this really chill blonde girl named Sarah who helped me and it’s the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Great service, greater person.

Absolutely hands down the best place to sell clothes! Great staff and fast buying process. Leave with less stuff and extra play money! I sell often and can’t remember a time I didn’t leave happy. Thanks Plato’s staff! 👍

Great variety of clothes good prices

We love Plato's Closet. We get all my kids' clothes here for the fraction of the price of retail, and my daughter especially loves to browse the racks and picking out multiple pieces!

Wow I have a lot to say! 5 stars across the board. They got a new owner who has kept the place flowing with new clothes and great employees. They also buy all day now! Will definitely be shopping here a ton in the future.

It's always the first place I go when I start my shopping day! I always find something that I can't live without. I love how everything is organized by color, it makes things super easy especially when you're looking for something specific. They have great items and I recommend it to anyone and everyone! Great experience here! My daughter refreshed her wardrobe by selling her clothing and buying their gently used clothing. She came home with some really nice items that looked brand new.
