Great experience at this dental office. Spotlessly clean, professional& kind staff and the dentist is very experienced, kind and easy on the teeth and gums. Wasn't there for hours and Dr Smith got right down to why I was there. My husband is looking for a dentist too and I booked him an appointment before I left. Convenient office and very easy to work! Thank you very much! Refreshing experience!

I moved to Lee's Summit about a year ago and was looking for a new dentist to get set up with. I came across Dr. Brad Smith via all of these 5 star google reviews and decided to check it out myself. It was an absolute great experience and Dr. Brad and his wife are very personable and welcoming. He took care of any issues I was having and answered any questions I had as well. I highly recommend them if you are new to town or just looking to set up an appointment with a dentist. Already have my next appointment set up! 5/5!

From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was visiting a family member. This was my first visit but I promise, it will not be my last. Very friendly and showed lots of compassion towards me and my severe toothache. They got me right in and addressed the issue. After taking care of the issue, I knew that I had found my new place. No one likes going to dentist, but Dr. Smith made the experience comfortable.

Dr. Smith and his wife are a fantastic team. Dr. Smith was so personable and welcoming; not in a rush and took time to explain to me what some of the things he was noticing as he examined my teeth and gums. In a field where transparency is often non-existent, that level of communication is a real treasure and one I appreciate greatly. The scheduling was easy and they have electronic means of communication and tracking your account. Highly, highly recommend this practice!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Smith and Barb. The place is always spotlessly clean. They take time to make sure each patient is comfortable and well informed. I always know what my out of pocket estimate for any work after cleaning is going to be before I leave, and exactly what needs to be done. They are always cheerful and friendly and make me want to come back - which is impressive for a dental practice!

First visit. Dr. Smith and Barb were very friendly, knowledgable and jumped through time constraints and my insurance to get things going. Very informative about what is going on in my mouth, and how they can help and the realistic limitations to my expectation/imagination. They set me up with another practice for an evaluation and forwarded all my details so I didn't have to replicate them. Efficient, friendly and relaxed for a very good first impression and experience.

Not being a fan of the dentist I dreaded even calling any of them, however after reading the 5 star ratings I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed. The office was very nice, clean, and updated. I felt like part of their family as I walked in the door. A small practice where I didn't feel like a number and felt like a real person who they had my best interests at heart. Definitely recommend to anyone!!

We've been going to Dr. Smith for around 32 years now! We always get taken great care of. Now my 5 year old grandson is going to Dr. Brad! We made a good choice to go to his practice when he was just starting out!

These People are great. I had tooth pain and they were able to get me in the day after I called. Found out I need a root canal and was able to hook me up the next morning to get it taken care of. These people go out of their way to make sure their customers are taken care of in a very timely manor.

I broke my tooth late in the afternoon & it was rubbing my tongue raw. Dr. Smith got me in the next morning to evaluate the treatment needed & also smooth the rough edges for immediate relief. To complicate things, I was going out of town in 2 weeks, so he scheduled my crown prep asap & even called the lab to deliver my crown before I left. My crown fit perfectly, great color, no adjusting and it's better than my own tooth. Dr. Smith's office is totally up to date with current technology, and he and his assistant still take the time to treat you like family. They truly provide the best dental care for you. Best crowns in town!!!

After review of teeth, Dr Smith could see nothing wrong. He adjusts the bite on both sides of my mouth. We will just watch for possible other problems. Brad Smith is the best dentist you will ever find. Very caring, friendly, thorough, knowledgable and kind. His wife, who is his assistant and office manager, is the same way. I called her one afternoon with the problem and she got me in the next morning. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to the same dentist for over 25 years until he retired.. this was my first trip to Dr. Smith. I was extremely pleased with how thorough he was...He didn't try to sell me on anything and was genuinely concerned only about keeping my teeth healthy. His office staff is incredible and friendly. Nice to find an honest, sincere dentist.

I was looking for new dentist in LS & found Bradley Smith. I am very satisfied with the care I received. I am usually apprehensive when going to dentist, but felt very relaxed & confident in Dr. Smith's care. Will be returning.

I have had a hard time deciding on a good dental treatment plan for the extensive work I need. Dr. Smith's honesty and opinion helped me to come to a decision. We are dealing with my dental problems and concerns one step at a time. I had many questions about various dental procedures and Dr. Smith took the time to answer many of my questions. He seems devoted to having his patients get the care that is needed and wants them to be happy with the end results.

Want to thank Dr Smith and team for seeing me on short notice when I moved back to Lee’s Summit the week after Christmas. Was so happy to be a returning patient and had bad timing of moving and a dental issue but they took me back and in a hurry because of my issue. They truly care about the patient and work on finding the best solution.

Both Brad and Barb are a pleasure to deal with it. They always take the time to go over things with you and explain what they are doing. Very happy and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist and staff that cares!

Dr. Brad and his wife are fantastic! My wife and I travel over an hour away for the great services they provide! Simply the best!!

He doesn't do things if he doesn't think you need it. I like that about him. Most dentists seem to want to do all kinds of things not really needed just for the money. I trust Brad to be truthful with me.

Always feel safe in their care of my teeth and their knowledge. Always like visiting old friends.

My need for a dentist has been transparent to me for a few years now but due to a fear of dentists and a few other issues I have delayed the inevitable. But today, OMG, I found a gem. Both in Barb and Dr. Bradley. They not only alleviated any fear that I had, they made me a part of their family. May sound a little melodramatic but those of you that fear dentists get it!! Finally, I am home!!!
