I called Nick at 10:45 PM and was surprised that he picked up the phone at the first place. He was finishing up a job but was courteous and took time to hear out the emergency I had. He came late in the night, knew exactly what needed to be done and finished the job in timely fashion.
I will be using him for any future needs and would definitely recommend him!

Nick came out within 30 minutes of my phone call to him. It was cold and late in the evening, he didn't charge extra, came in, fixed what needed fixing, didn't try to "sell" me anything I didn't need and was professional and personable. I highly recommend OnHome Systems - the price is great, service was great and he got the job done quick and efficiently.

The owner came to my house, diagnosed three different things and even told me that I could easily do some of the repairs myself to save money, such as switching the GFCI outlet hidden in my bathroom to get my Jacuzzi working and fixing my wobbly fan (which wobbled for a year until he gave me one easy 2-second fix). He fixed a light in my vaulted ceiling and ended up only charging me the base fee for the house call. Highly recommended and will use them again if I need an electrician.

We called OnHome Systems to take a look at our breaker panel as we were having some issues with electrical outlets not working. The gentlemen that came called ahead, while they were on the way. When they arrived, they removed their shoes prior to entering our home, a much appreciated courtesy. They immediately set to work and diagnosed the problem. While performing their work, the gentlemen were friendly, polite, and professional. One had brought a stepladder in and for whatever reason, needed to set it aside. I noticed he was particularly careful about leaning it against the wall. I mention this because it's an example of the mindset that these folks have when come in to your home to perform work. They finished the repairs quickly and billed us a very fair rate. We are keeping their number in the phone's address book as they will be our first call for any electrical needs.

I would highly recommend OnHome systems! They came out so quick and completed the job. Paul and Nathan were so professional and kind. Very honest people and clean! I will definitely be using them again for all my future electrical needs!

Great customer service, quick to come over and the job was done very quickly. Good prices. They are now my go-to for future electrician work. I would highly recommend OnHome Systems for anyone else in Lee's Summit and the surrounding areas.

Came out to replace recepticle. Took two trips, over two hours and over 200 dollars. Every use again, or recommend.

Owner does not honor verbal or write contracts. Was supost to do something for my brother, a veteran, and never did. It got done by someone else.
