A very welcoming staff with a great selection of dresses! I went in for my appointment and came out legitimately an hour later with the perfect dress for me! They were so personable and timely! I will recommend all my engaged friends to check out Wedding Expressions by Geri!

My experience here was everything I could have wanted. Geri was attentive, knowledgeable, and more than accommodating. She had an employee out sick that day but you would have never known it. She has a very large variety of dresses for whatever your style and she helped me picked something but then customize to get it to what I wanted. She let me indulge in dresses that I wasn’t sure I would like but wanted to try just in case. I came in with some anxiety worried I wouldn’t be able to find what I wanted or it would be too expensive, but we found my wedding dress in just an hour or two, right in budget, and everything I could have dreamed of for my wedding dress!

Best experience ever! Found my wedding dress but also the staff was absolutely amazing and so helpful. My stylist Saisha was fantastic. The dress I said yes to she picked off the rack for me. Her and the other stylist were so great. Definitely recommend going to Wedding Expressions!

Thank you for a stress free wedding dress shopping experience! I went in not knowing what I wanted or what to expect. I had multiple associates helping me; it was practically a private fitting experience with a long runway and mirrors at multiple angles. They were patient with me as I spent over 3 hrs narrowing down options, and then returned 2 weeks later to make a final decision. This was quicker decision than I expected to make, I couldn't go wrong with my final 3 dresses in varying budgets. I'm very happy with my dress from Wedding Expressions

I had such an amazing experience at Wedding Expressions by Geri! Kara H was so patient and kind, and she helped my find the wedding dress of my dreams!!! Honestly, thinking about telling my fiancé to look there for the tuxedos/suits too!

I had a great experience. The staff was awesome to work with in helping me find my dress. I really had no idea what I was looking for. They were patient with me, and really helped me find what looked great on me. I found my dress and it was a great feeling.

I did have minor alterations and she was so easy to work with. After my alterations, my dress fit so comfortable. After looking back at my wedding pictures, I am so grateful for Geri and her staff for making me feel and look beautiful!

We are renting 6 tuxedos for my brother's wedding.
They are so helpful and it takes a lot of stress off of us. Once they came in we tried them on and they look amazing. There were only a couple things that needed minor alterations and they said they would be ready the next day.

All in all I would recommend wedding expressions by Geri. They have a great selection, employees and in the end we looked good!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Wedding dress shopping wasn’t super fun for me because I am more curvy and couldn’t find something right for my body. Geri’s has such a HUGE range of sample dresses, so I was please to find that I actually fit perfectly into some of the samples and in fact some of them had to be clipped! (What!!!) They were so patient with me as I pulled almost every dress from the store. Georgette was just amazing. She was so helpful in finding a dress that fit my body and my style. I tried on my dress so many times because I was in love, but it was okay because I took it back in and they steamed it so it would be perfect for my day.

Wonderful experience! Geri and her team are a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about weddings and that perfect dress and tux!

I had an amazing time shopping for my wedding dress here! My stylist Haven went above and beyond what I expected. She made me feel comfortable and was so helpful with finding my dream dress and the kind of accessories I wanted. It was a great experience and I 100% recommend every bride come here.

I had the pleasure of working with Georgette multiple times and she was wonderful in helping me find the perfect wedding dress! I had a hard time narrowing things down and despite trying on hundreds of dresses all over the Kansas City area, I came back to Wedding Expressions by Geri multiple times with a few favorite dresses to choose from. Georgette was so sweet and helpful. This was the first shop I visited after becoming engaged and I had no idea what style of dress I wanted to wear. They helped me try on a bit of everything and by the time I had a second visit I had completely changed the style I was going for. That didn't phase Georgette one bit and she helped me find exactly what I needed!

Initially, I booked an appointment with David's Bridal for my sister (the bride), and we had such an all around, terrible experience, we ended up walking out disappointed, dissatisfied, and more than frustrated.
I called Wedding Expressions by Geri, and they fit us in last minute that same day. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted warmly and with professional courtesy and enthusiasm.
The wedding dress selection was innumerable-at least 6 cubbies full of beautiful, designer dresses. We didn't even make it past the first cubby, before we pulled 10 dresses out that my sister liked and was interested in trying on.
Our consultant was so professional and helpful and eager to please. She treated my sister like a princess, and catered to her every need and request.
The very first dress my sister tried on, she fell completely in love with. It was everything she dreamed of and more. She ended up buying the dress, plus a veil, without even bothering to try on any of the other 9 dresses still in the dressing room.
We were extremely satisfied with everything about Wedding Expressions. We couldn't have been more happy or satisfied with the customer service, the selection of dresses, the friendly and enthusiastic assistance and help, and the warm courtesy.
We felt very blessed as we walked out the door while my sister continued to smile uncontrollably for the next two days. Wedding Expressions helped to my make my sister's big day already a perfect moment in memory.

To be completely honest, I had low expectations for this place. I went to a few bridal shops before Geri's only to be completely disappointed with my lack of choices. I called ahead to see if they had long sleeve wedding dresses in stock & they had two. After a stressful morning... I was feeling discouraged, but it only took 1 dress! The fellow redhead that helped me (I'm sorry I forgot your name!) was very helpful and sweet even when I was a little sassy in the beginning 😂. I seriously cannot believe how beautiful my dress is and I cannot stop looking at my pictures. So thank you ladies for making me feel beautiful! I cannot wait to have it altered I really appreciate your time and commitment to helping brides to be like me. God bless

I was so skeptical that I wouldn’t be walking out with a wedding dress. From the moment I walked into the business it was an amazing experience. All of the staff was excellent and welcoming. One staff member in particular was georgetta. She was able to listen to my concerns and wishes on what I was looking for and within my budget. She was just absolutely wonderful and made the process so fun and enjoyable. She has the patience of a god with me because I had ideas on what I liked but not exactly sure on what would look good on me. I HIGHLY recommend using this business for you big day shopping!! I had Georgette help me throughout my experience here finding my braidal gown! She was absolutely wonderful and helped us very patiently for 3 hours straight. Overall, the dresses here are beautiful and an affordable price! They have a huge selection that fits a lot of price range. Highly recommend

came here for prom in high school to get a corset added to my dress, and here i am 6 years later, 7 months pregnant getting married and thought i’d have a difficult time finding a dress. but wedding expressions made it so easy! i picked out a dress i loved, they told me they’d be able to fit it to my pregnant belly and they did perfectly! my mom also had a dress that needed fitted better and they did a great job on that as well. every appointment i had they were ready for me as soon as i walked in, and made me feel very important each time! all the ladies that helped me throughout the experience were very nice. i would recommend this place if you’re looking for a wedding dress/prom dress/flower girl dress! and if you have anything that needs fitted to you better for a special event this is definitely the place to go. they’re amazing. i know i’ll be back for something!

Of all the bridal shops I went to (and I visited multiple), Geri’s was by far and away THE BEST. It’s the first place where I truly felt like a bride. There’s a great selection of dresses, and every person I worked with was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find my ideal dress. Not to mention the fact that I’m from out of town and Geri kept the shop open late TWICE for me. Everyone in the shop goes above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect, and I can’t imagine having found the perfect dress and having such a fun time doing it anywhere else. With high expectations, a lot of opinions, and the pressure of finding the perfect dress, wedding shopping can be stressful. But the experience here is everything wedding dress shopping is supposed to be.
