Mark immediately returned my initial phone call, and the office staff were diligent in keeping me updated on the timing of our job. Eduin was our on-site manager and he was friendly and responsive to our questions and requests. We would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

Painted the entire exterior of our house in a few days including window trim and repairs where needed. They did an excellent job and were very well priced. Had some issues with the crew putting our shutters back on-they didn’t seem to know how to do it and ended up ruining the shutters. I reached out to Certapro and someone came out immediately to look a them and talk to me about it. Within a week, we had brand new shutters hung perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I have used several local painters for years. Key word, *several*! That's because we just couldn't find one that was quality conscience, cleaned up fully afterwards or felt we trusted if we walked away. So we decided to finally call a more respected company, CertaPro, to do paint a small 120 sq. ft. bedroom. While the cost of the bedroom didn't meet their minimum job cost, about $100 short, they really tried to work with us to any other kind of small job to help us make up the difference. Unfortunately, we just didn't have anything else for them to do. But we were desperate to get the job done fast and decided to just pay the job minimum to get it done. It would be an expensive job for us, but worth it to get it done on our schedule. When the painter was done and walls were fully dry, my wife and I walked in .... and WOW!!!! The quality workmanship and care this painter used, the cleanup was spectacular (no smudges on the trim, carpet, etc.)....it was worth EVERY DOLLAR SPENT!!!! OH...MY...GOSH!!! Even the handyman service that we've used for over 20 years was very impressed with the final product! He told us he knows Mark, the owner of CertaPro, and was very glad we finally called him and saved us so much angst and frustration! We are too! We're already thinking about our next projects that CertaPro can help us with!

Certa Pro Painters of Lee's Summit did an outstanding job on our exterior paint and repair. They were professional, here when they said they would arrive, worked hard and finished on time. They answered all of our questions and provided very clear communication. We got several bids and while they weren't the lowest, they were certainly the best, the results were every better than we anticipated. We feel that we absolutely got our moneys worth and more! We would recommend them to anyone considering any type of painting project.

Very prompt service on both the estimate and starting the project. They gave us options on different grades of paint. The overall cost was comparable to other businesses we got proposals from. The painting crew did a great job, very thorough and great quality of service. They cleaned up the work area very nicely as well.

Our CertaPro experience was really great. We had these guys come out to paint our lofted stairway which was too narrow and tall for us to do on our own. The estimate process was a breeze. The painting crew was very timely, polite, and fast, and the painting quality was high with excellent coverage.

I had the popcorn ceiling removed throughout a large portion of my house and replaced with knockdown and they did a wonderful job! At the same time they painted the walls in the same areas of the house and it also looks amazing. There was even a fairly large crack in the ceiling that they had to repair and when it was done they had managed to blend it into the existing ceiling so well I couldn't even tell where it had been. Everyone that worked with me was excellent from Kippy in the office, Stephen giving the bid and Leo & Ciro actually doing the work. I would definitely recommend them and would have them work on my house again.

The crew began our house painting prep on Thursday, with the intention of completing on Sunday. It rained all day Friday, so they were not able to work. They worked all day Saturday and Sunday, completing the job on time. Very professional and reasonable. Attention to detail.

Great experience with CertaPro Painting in Lees Summit! I just
finished a complete(all new colors, power washing, wood rot repairs, caulking etc)exterior painting project using CertaPro who was referred to me by a close friend who has had very good experience using CertaPro in the past. Exterior painting, unlike interior painting , projects are much more complex , expensive, and critical to the integrity of the home so I was not looking for the cheapest painter but someone that does the job right. CertaPro was not the cheapest proposal/bid that I got but the price was fair and they provided me a very detailed scope of work instead of a verbal or emailed proposal like the other three companies that provided me quotes. The actual painting crew led by Oscar (the on the job supervisor) did a quality job prepping the house first and then spent many hours completing the job and working around rain storms - I really respect people like Oscar who do the job right without taking shortcuts(and because I work from home I was around the job site to supervise:)) I am happy to share my detailed experience with you if you call CertaPro they have my contact information and can put you in touch with me. I used their service and painted my whole house some time ago. I missed meeting their representative and he still did a thorough look and gave me an estimate. Their quote was very reasonable as I also inquired 3 other companies before them. Therefore, I went on and asked them to do the job. It turned out their painting work was as good as their service. My family was very satisfied. I would strongly recommend this company to my neighbors and friends, and would do another painting business with them if we need.

Certapro did exterior work of replacing bat and board as well as dry rot. we were very satisfied with the work they did. We also had them do interior work of taking down pop corn ceilings and replacing with knock down painted ceilings. While this was a messy job they cleaned up as much as possible and now the ceilings look really good!
