Brought in an inherited princess-cut diamond ring to offer and Logan was very upfront and honest in his offer. He even gave me some great tips on how to get the most value out of it. He was VERY friendly and informative. Great place! I highly recommend.

I went there to take couple extensions off my watch, they done it in quick seconds and didn’t even charge for it. Usually others charge $20 or even more. Plus owner was super friendly.

Owner of the store is friendly and accommodating, yes. That's a given with excellent customer service. But his knowledge of gold and diamonds, and weights and values is extraordinary. He explains things in layman's terms and was very fair with me when he purchased my eternity ring. I am quite satisfied with the way I was treated and the expertise that Restoration Jeweler has to offer. I will definitely come back for jewelry repairs or to purchase one of the lovely items on display whenever I can afford it.....OH!! And, they have layaway too!

Would not buy jewelry or take my jewelry for cleaning or repair anywhere but Restoration Jewelry. Logan and Gwen are knowledgeable and very friendly. They listen to what your wants and needs are and go out of their way to help you and find what you are looking for. Very reasonable prices and again Logan will work with you. I just bought the most amazing diamond ring there and absolutely love it!

They have items for any budget. It's clear they want their customers to be 100% satisfied. Im not knowledgeable on jewelry but I told them about my budget and what I was looking for and they helped me pick a really nice gift. Very friendly folks, totally recommend checking them out.

The service is above excellent. They close at 6 but stayed open for me since a live almost an hour away. I went in just planning to look at engagement ring but we left with the most beautiful ring. Logan let me take my time and look, he showed me bands that will match in the future. This is not a retail jewelry store. He definitely made me feel comfortable in my decision. I will happily drive an hour to go back. I look forward to working with them on our wedding bands.

I came to this location because my friend Kay recommended this store. I had watch batteries replaced at Roth's by both Pete and Loghan.
I would also recommend the service either of them provide. They are friendly and professional. I plan to bring more watches in, my clock, and will recommend them to my friends.

Logan has been great on every visit. First started stopping by to replace a few watch batteries. When I got a new watch I took it in to have a couple links removed and he did it at no charge. Same thing when a pin broke in it about a year later. He has appraised my girlfriends old jewelry twice now at no charge also. Because of his excellent customer service my girlfriend and I have now began our engagement ring search with him. Its a small place but that's whats great about it.
