Love this bank, so easy to work with and friendly. Moving all my money from other banks just because of this. Keep it up guys

Great bank to do business with. No hidden fees and they respond promptly to any requests. Also personal feel unlike larger banks.

Please don't use this bank, at least while Debra or Debbie (whatever her name is) still works there. I've never seen such petty and unprofessional behavior from a bank teller. I finally closed my account and left and found a better bank, I'm much happier and have less headaches.

I really wish I could put 0 stars. Worst banking experience I've had. Which is a shame considering this branch use to be very good. They use to actually care about their customers. Not sure what changed but I will never bank here again.

Not happy with HNB bank. Their system keeps double posting debit transactions and not all of my money has been returned. I’ll be leaving this bank. Don’t risk your hard earned money in their care.

This is a terrible place to do business. The online banking system is always wrong and the customer is the one that gets duped. The only good thing about this bank is Stephanie. If you can help it, dont use this bank. You will be sorry.

Emailed information needed for pre approval was told was told via email and over the phone would have it in a week and two weeks later still waiting.
