Dwight and his guys are true professionals!!! From the bidding process to the work and cleanup. They are very trustworthy individuals I felt very comfortable leaving them in my house to go run some errands they did a fantastic job and left no mess. I will definitely be using them in the future and will be recommending them to everyone 1 I know keep up the good and honest work!!!

Dwight and team were professional, very knowledgeable, and had incredible attention to detail.
They were always courteous and answered all my questions. According to my neighbors, the exterior paint job "knocked it out of the park," and they also repaired our deck and its foundation. The process was as pleasant as the final product was perfect. Highly recommend.

Dwight McGarrah and company recently remodeled our home, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the finished project! His crew carefully moved our furniture, removed popcorn callings, wallpaper, tile, old interior doors, and stair railings. The new ceilings, doors and trim, iron stair railings, wider baseboard, additional crown molding, paint throughout, some updated light fixtures and faucets were all completed on time as promised. The crew was efficient, professional, and paid close attention to details. Dwight communicated with us daily and invited questions and input. We would highly recommend Dwight McGarrah for any painting or remodeling project!

I need to amend my earlier review that I submitted this morning as Dwight showed up at my home and explained his lack of communication this month. Without going into the details I want to publicly apologize to Dwight for doubting his integrity as his explanation was full and understandable in the current Covid environment. He is a man of honor and you can trust him to keep his word. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a quality job with a great team!

Our experience with McGarrah Painting was an excellent one. Dwight and his crew were all extremely careful with our property. They hung plastic everywhere to keep the spray contained. I do a lot of painting and woodworking and just wanted our kitchen cabinets done right. They were dark stained cabinets and we wanted them white. The first time I met Dwight, I asked him how he would go about painting the cabinets. His answer was exactly what I wanted to hear. Their motto is “Our Goal Is Your Satisfaction” and they mean it. They quickly fixed any drip we found over a three day time period. When the new hinges I bought weren’t exactly right, he brought in his carpenter to fix everything. We would definitely recommend McGarrah Painting.

I enjoyed doing business w/ Mr. McGarrah. He did a great job ensuring that my, and more importantly, my wife was happy with the paint job. This involved a few trips to our house and some reworking of trim under a window. It was nice to know he takes pride in his name.

McGarrah Painting did an excellent job. They did the job in the expected time frame and cleaned up after.

I waited well over a year to write this in order to be sure I was being as calm as possible! This has nothing to do with the crew as they were great and did a great job painting the house...the issue I ran in to was poor communication throughout the process and when the job was finished I got the "call me if you have any issues and we'll be out to take care of it" guarantee. Within a few days we found four items that needed to be fixed/redone. After many, and I mean many over a span of months of attempts, they came out and did one item...the other items I ended up having to do myself including a leaking back door that he admitted they did incorrectly. My biggest disappointment was that it's a great group of people and the repairs other than the door took probably 1-2 hours total...one day back on the job would have taken care of everything and sealed a 100% satisfied customer instead of someone giving two stars.

We hired him for painting and remodeling. He stopped showing up for our project and would not call or respond to texts for updates. We paid him as we went and some of the items we paid him for were never started/completed. We had to hire someone else to complete the job which means we paid twice for some of the things. We have tried to contact him to see if he will make it right, still no response. I even asked him what we did wrong for him to quit on us and he responded nothing at all and he would call me. Still waiting for that call...

We scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Mr. McGarrah came out and stated he would get back with us with a verbal estimate and if we went with him a written estimate. After not hearing from him for 3 days we called and left a message. We have never heard back. Can't comment on the quality of work but can say he did not follow through.
