MSW Roofing

I would highly recommend MSW to anyone needing roof, gutter, painting or siding repair or replacement . Darin Ackerson was the Project Manager on our remodel. He was always accessible to answer any questions we had. He called us on a daily basis providing updates on the work and scheduling. I have worked in the construction industry for years and am familiar with the work required to complete the job. I therefore had high expectations regarding how I wanted the work to be done. Darin was patient and willing to make changes at my request, without a complaint. The crews were considerate and did excellent work. They stuck to the schedule provided to us with minimal disruption in our daily lives. We couldn't be happier with the final result!

The great team at MSW Roofing walked me through my insurance claim process. Work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased to recommend them to family and friends.

We had two nice storm doors put into our house. One going into the garage and one going to the backyard. Everybody was very professional, Timely and trustworthy. The doors work great and we've had no problems. We plan on using MSW again for some
interior doors.

Only the Best in the Business!

Disappointed. We had MSW replace our roof approximately 18 months ago. We have a valley leak that they've attempted to repair twice. At this time we are having Pyramid come out to figure out what was done wrong and to permanently solve the problem. We are using Pyramid because they completely stripped and replaced all of the underlayment on our neighbor's house. MSW did not complete this task on our house.

Poor customer service. Doesn't return calls or emails. Cannot get documentation proving the work was completed. And now their phone has a busy tone or says "the person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time".

Did not pay sub contractors, still fighting months later to get them paid. Beware. Sent partial payment and check bounced.

Beware, they do not stand behind their work. Leaves family devestated by terrible workmanship and then refuses to return calls.
